    To whom it may concern:

    I have been Javier Cruz’s welding teacher for the past 2 years and he has grown so much as a
    fabricator and welder in that time. He is constantly seeking to improve his craft and always
    looking to enhance his skills.

    Some of his skills include GMAW, SMAW, and OFC and I frequently use him as an example for
    other students who are learning the craft. He is always quick to assist and mentor others even
    when it is not asked of him.

    Javier is kind, punctual during shop sessions, and stays late when work is necessary. His
    attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot make him a great asset to my program. For these
    reasons, I fully recommend him for any endeavor that he so chooses to pursue.
