The letter recommends Kimberly Padron for a scholarship program. It describes her as one of the hardest working students, who never misses color guard rehearsals and helped lead the group to championships. Her GPA of 3.95 reflects her diligence to academics. She has goals of becoming a medical technician and being the first in her family to attend a CSU, but will need financial assistance to achieve the latter. The director highly recommends her for the scholarship.

To whom it may concern,
It is my pleasure to recommend Kimberly Padron for your program. Even though I have known her for two years she has proven herself to be one of the hardest working and reliable students I have had the privilege to work with. Kimberly is part of the color guard at Merced High School. As part of the color guard she is required to attend two to three rehearsals per week. Kimberly never misses a rehearsal and is always enthusiastic. Her energy and abilities helped our color guard achieve first place at our championships and was rated third in northern California. Ms. Padron has two goals in continuing her education. She would like to become a medical technician and she would like to be the first in her family to attend a CSU. Both of the goals will be easily attained by Kimberly. Her grade point average of 3.95 reflects the importance she has toward education and her diligence to her academic studies. Ms. Padron is a lifetime member of the California Scholarship Federation (CSF) earning recognition every semester in high school. Kimberlys attendance has been stellar throughout high school. She never misses any classes and is always on time. She is a pleasure to be around and has a wonderful rapport with the other students. Kimberly will be successful at whatever she chooses but she will be unable to be the first in her family to attend an institution of higher learning without financial assistance. Kimberly has my highest recommendation for scholarship. If you have any questions, please email me at jschmid@muhsd.org.
Sincerely,
