It is with great honor to recommend Connor Spurlock as a recipient for any college or Career
Scholarship.

Connor Spurlock has been a student of mine for 4 years in my Small Engines, Advanced Small
Engines and Ag Economics courses for 4 years. Connor has also competed on our Project
Competition team where he was awarded 4 gold awards along with winning outstanding chapter
group his freshman year in the Merced Mariposa FFA section, a first for our Ag department.
Connor is an excellent student and does an excellent job helping other students succeed. One of
his finer qualities is his hard work and dedication to succeed in any situation he is in.

Connor’s career goal is to become involved in Law Enforcement, I have no doubt that he will
succeed. Connor is constantly talking about his future with me and is very goal oriented. Connor
is a great listener and follows through with every task at hand. He is a hardworking individual,
there is nothing that will stand in his way until he becomes successful in Law Enforcement.

Connor plans to attend Merced College and then Fresno State to earn a Bachelor's degree in Ag
Business with a minor in Criminology. I have seen Connor grow throughout his high school
career, he has overcome many challenges that school poses for him. At every opportunity he has
better himself as a student, he rises to the occasion and becomes successful at whatever he wants
to do.
