Spontaneous Act?
The morning of Sunday, November 24, as Lee Harvey Oswald was being escorted through the basement of Dallas Police
Headquarters, Jack Ruby stepped forward and shot him twice. He died soon after.
The story was that Ruby happened to be passing, saw the commotion with the press and crowd that had gathered, and slipped
by the police with a gun in his pocket. And shot Oswald in a fit of rage.
This story is completely false.
Ruby had been stalking Oswald from he was brought to Dallas Police Headquarters.
Let’s start with this FBI report on Ruby’s foreknowledge of the JFK assassination:
Jack Ruby told an FBI informant (Bob Vanderslice) to “watch the fireworks” on the day President John F Kennedy was
assassinated (the informer related this story in 1977).

“The informant stated that on the morning of the assassination, Ruby contacted him and asked if he would ‘like to watch the
fireworks’,”
“He was with Jack Ruby and standing at the corner of the Postal Annex Building facing the Texas School Book Depository
Building, at the time of the shooting.
“Immediately after the shooting, Ruby left and headed toward the area of the Dallas Morning News Building, without saying
anything to him.” [1]
Don Campbell, Advertising Salesman, Dallas Morning News, claimed to see Ruby in his building with a view of the Book
Depository. But that Ruby had left just before the assassination.
John Newman, Retail Advertising Staff, Dallas Morning News said that he returned to his office at 12:40pm, 5 minutes after the
time of the assassination, but unaware of the shooting, and saw Ruby there. Again, Ruby was in an office facing the Book
Depository. Described Ruby as “calm and collected”.
Both of the above testimonies tally with the informer’s story. Ruby had been in an office overlooking the JFK route, facing the
Book Depository, left when the procession was approaching, then went back in (alibi?).
On the afternoon of the 22nd, John Rutledge, Dallas Morning News, saw Ruby outside Captain Fritz’s office on the
third floor Dallas Police Department. Oswald was being interrogated there. He witnessed Ruby get past guards at
the elevator by pretending to be a reporter accompanying two “out of town reporters”.
“Detective Augustus M. Eberhardt, who also recalled that he first saw Ruby earlier in the evening, said Ruby carried a note
pad and professed to be a translator for the Israeli press.» (WC Report Pg. 342)
John Rutledge saw Ruby a couple of times throughout the evening of the 22nd. Once at between 6-7pm. And again at
midnight in the City Hall basement. Witnessed Ruby at the midnight conference call (District Attorney) Wade over and gave
him a phone.
Around 10 o’clock on the evening of the 22nd, Ruby phoned R. M. Sims, Detective, Dallas Police Dept. who was in the
Homicide and Robbery Bureau where Oswald was being held. Ruby offered to bring sandwiches.
At 11 o’clock pm, T. B. Leonard, Lt. Dallas Police Department, saw Jack Ruby in the basement of the City Hall, at the police
assembly room, where DA Henry Wade was giving a press conference.
Around midnight, just after Oswald was formally charged, Ruby phoned William Duncan, Jr., Newsman, KLIF Radio, and set
up a conversation during the same call, with District Attorney, Henry Wade (tallying with John Rutledge’s testimony above).
Ruby visited Duncan’s radio station about 01:30am and stayed @half an hour.
Ruby described how he had come close to Oswald at the press conference.
Saturday 23rd, at 3 o’clock, Wes Wise, Newsman KRLD Radio saw and talked to Jack Ruby at the Book Depository.
Around 2:50pm, 23rd, G. C. Hallmark, General Manager, All Right Auto Parking, Dallas, claimed that he overheard
in a phone call in which Ruby was “making like a reporter”. He had asked to use a phone in Hallmark’s garage. He
talked about Oswald’s transfer possibly being delayed. And that he (Ruby) would “be there”.
Between 2:30 and 3:00pm, Saturday 23rd, at the entrance of the county jail, in anticipation of the transfer of Oswald at
4:00pm, D. V. Harkness, Dallas Police Department Traffic Division saw Ruby in the crowd. [2]
Ruby told one reporter after his arrest that he had planned to kill Oswald at the press conference:
LONNIE HUDKINS, Reporter: And I asked him if he was packing a pistol at that midnight press conference, and he said
yes. And I said, «Then why didn’t you plug him then?» And he says, «I was afraid of hitting one of you guys.» [3]

Ruby had phoned a telephone warning the night before he killed Oswald.
“Dallas Police Officer Billy Grammer, who was on communications duty on the night before Ruby murdered Oswald,
claims to have received a phone call from a man threatening «we are going to kill him» in reference to Oswald. Grammer
said that the caller knew the details of the transfer and also knew his name. After Ruby shot Oswald, Grammer realized
that the caller he spoke to was Jack Ruby.”

“Ruby’s shooting of Oswald was not a spontaneous act, in that it involved at least some premeditation. Similarly, the committee
believed it was less likely that Ruby entered the police basement without assistance..
The committee was troubled by the apparently unlocked doors along the stairway route and the removal of security guards from the
area of the garage nearest the stairway shortly before the shooting… There is also evidence that the Dallas Police Department
withheld relevant information from the Warren Commission concerning Ruby’s entry to the scene of the Oswald
transfer.”

This was in no way a “spontaneous act”.
He had closed his strip joint, claiming that he was doing so in honor of the president, then proceeded to stalk
Oswald with a gun in his pocket. He was there specifically to assassinate Oswald. And seeing as how he tried to
warn the police the night before, the only conclusion that can be drawn is that Ruby was under orders to carry out
the hit, but didn’t want to go through with it.
He was painted by the press and officials simply as a bad tempered Dallas strip joint owner angry that his president had been
killed. A president who, along with his brother Robert Kennedy, were in the middle of a clampdown on mafia
figures who Ruby had worked for, been friends with or had associations with.
It goes way deeper than this though. Jack Ruby, who had changed his name from Jacob Rubenstein years before, had
connections to the CIA, FBI and the (zionist) Jewish mafia. And it’s not simply because he was Jewish, or that the mafia
figures he associated with were Jewish that puts him under the zionist spotlight. But that the latter were zionists who had
direct links to Israel and Mossad.
Some context is needed here in the years that lead to Kennedy’s assassination.
Lansky, The Zionist mafia and the CIA
Before I go on, I have to show just how significant a part Meyer Lansky played in the history of zionism, Mossad
and Israel.
Beginning in 1942, the OSS (officially) began working with the (Jewish and Italian) Mafia in protecting US ships against
sabotage in US docks: OPERATION UNDERWORLD.
Zionist Jewish mafia leader MEYER LANSKY acted as an intermediary between Lucky Luciano and the government. The
mafia were to “police” the docks. [4]
Officials would basically give the docks over to the mafia. This was to become a conduit for future black ops involving
the OSS/CIA and the mafia for decades to come.
From 1946, Lansky raised millions to purchase ships to bring Jews to Palestine. And to arm and train zionist militias
there. Through Operation Underworld where Lansky worked with the future CIA, the OSS, arms were shipped to
Palestine, while arms for Arabs in the region were sabotaged or stolen. [5]
During the mid forties, MICKEY COHEN (long time gangster figure in Los Angeles, originally sent there by
MEYER LANSKY) is introduced to MENACHEM BEGIN, then leader of the Irgun (who had just bombed the King
David Hotel) by screenwriter BEN HECHT. It’s agreed between them and representatives of Haganah that COHEN
would supply guns and ammo to them.
«We were able to get on ships that were being put into mothballs. I had access to all that stuff on the docks. Some of the stuff and
equipment like machine guns that we got back to Israel had never got a chance to be used in the Second World War. They weren’t
even put together. They were still in the cases, in the straw, in the oil and everything. We shipped them right over.» [6]
During the mid 1940s, MICKEY COHEN, a MEYER LANSKY capo, would raise nearly $1 million for the Irgun. Part
of that money was reportedly used to buy a Navy surplus amphibious assault ship—the Altalena—for transporting arms
bought in Europe to Palestine.
COHEN would meet up with MENCHAMIN BEGIN around the time of, or soon after, and boast of the shipments
of arms he had sent to Israel. [6a]
Ruby idolized Cohen. [6]
Melvin Belli, Ruby’s lawyer was a close friend of Cohen. [7]
The Jewish Agency, the pre-state Israeli government headed by David Ben-Gurion, had created a vast clandestine arms-
purchasing-and-smuggling network throughout the United States. The Jewish mafia was to be at the forefront. [8]
One of the senior Israeli spies in the US at the time, TEDDY KOLLEK, acknowledged this set up:
“My work touched on weapon production . . . speculations on ship purchases; dealings with factories and junkyards; liaison with
spies, mobsters, movie moguls, statesmen, bankers, professors, industrialists, and newspaper men; and no lack of illegalities, from
petty to international. . . . Deals were made with South American governments to buy tanks and innumerable other things and ship
them on to Palestine.»

Also during this period (1946-47) JACK RUBY appeared (publically) on the scene.
GARY WEAN, a former Criminal Intelligence Investigator for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Bureau of Investigation,
claims to have seen JACK RUBY with MICKEY COHEN. He himself was introduced to RUBY and talked to him while in
COHEN’s company. [9]
In his memoirs, Wean says he saw Ruby twice in Hollywood in 1946 and in 1947. The first time Ruby was riding
with Cohen in Cohen’s big black limousine, although, on that occasion, they were not introduced.
The second time he encountered Ruby was a year later. According to Wean, he and his partner went to a club known as
Harry’s Place. Ruby was there, and Wean introduced himself and informed Ruby he was a police officer.
In turn, Ruby introduced himself. He said: «My name is Jack Ruby. I just came out from Chicago to get with Harry. Since the
war’s over the West Coast is dead, so is Chicago, We’re moving ‘everything’ to New Orleans and Miami. That is where all the
action is going to be from now, between the United States and Cuba.» [9]
Jack Ruby’s girl friend, [a stripper by the name of] Candy Barr, was making a lot of trips between Ruby in Dallas and Cohen
in Hollywood.» [10]
Ruby and Cohen were “friends” of stripper Candy Barr from the late fifties to early sixties. [11]
RUBY was investigated [in the mid-1940’s] for his role in [an] international drug-trafficking syndicate, involving corruption of
government officials in Mexico City.
The top syndicate representative in Mexico City was one HAROLD “Happy” MELTZER, but, in fact, it was MEYER
LANSKY who was “the key figure in the MELTZER syndicate.
“Right after World War II this was probably the biggest drug-smuggling channel into the United States.” [12]
One of Ruby’s first telephone calls he made immediately after the JFK assassination (just shortly after Lee Harvey
Oswald had been arrested) was to Al Gruber, a Mickey Cohen associate in Hollywood.
Gruber, it also turns out—perhaps not surprisingly—was associated with Lansky’s (and Ruby’s) Mexico City syndicate drug-
smuggling connection, «Happy» Meltzer. [13]
Israeli agents were introduced to Lansky in the summer of 1948, the year that Israel became a state. Lansky
permitted the Haganah fund-raiser, Joseph Baum, to hold a $10,000 benefit at (Lansky’s gambling house), the
Colonial Inn. He gave a donation himself. Lansky told them: «I’m at your service.» [14]
“[An FBI informant] stated that in the early 1950s, Jack Ruby held interest in the Colonial Inn, a nightclub and
gambling house in Hollandale, Florida.”

Note: it’s been claimed that financial records showed that the Colonial Club had been closed at some point during 1948 BUT
the informer still connects Ruby with this place, even if he got the year wrong.
Lansky laundered all of his syndicate’s money through the International Credit Bank which was run by Tibor
Rosenbaum. [15][16][17]
According to Meyer Lansky’s sympathetic Israeli biographers: «After Israel became a state, almost 90 percent of its
purchases of arms abroad was channeled through Rosenbaum’s bank. The financing of many of Israel’s most
daring secret operations was carried out through the funds in [BCI].» [18]
Mossad chief Rafi Eitan would meet Meyer Lansky in Europe in 1962. The latter would organize a meeting for Eitan
in Chicago to pick up sophisticated electronic surveillance equipment. [19]
For some context here, this was the same Rafi Eitan who was busy collecting uranium for Israel’s nuclear program
from a zionist owned plant on US soil. This meeting with Lansky happened just a year before JFK put so much
pressure on Israeli prime minister David Ben Gurion about nuclear inspections at their Dimona plant that that he
resigned (JFK still pushed). [20]
«At the insistence of Meyer Lansky, [mafia capo Sam Giancana] and his pals started working with the Israeli
Mossad [during the mid sixties], smuggling weapons in the Middle East. Everything was coming in and out of Panama,
which meant that everything was being handled by Hy Lamer. Lamer was without a doubt Sam Giancana’s most trusted
financial advisor. He had everybody who was anybody in Panama—from bankers to generals—eating out of his hand. Once
they started running guns to Israel, Lamer also had the U.S. military and its airstrips at his disposal.»‘ [21]
There’s much more evidence to come, but Ruby worked for and associated with the Lansky syndicate. At a time
when Israel was becoming a priority for both Lansky and Cohen. Lansky would become the main conduit for
financing Israel and Mossad through money laundering in the years to come.
Lansky was a driving figure in Israel’s military and financial intrigues from before the Nakba through to at least
the early seventies. And Ruby was involved with Lansky until he assassinated Oswald.
Rubenstein and the “communist Jews”
During WW2, JACK RUBY’s brother, SAM RUBENSTEIN, served in the Army Air Corps and served as a counter-intelligence
informer. Sam would write letters to his brother Jack about his observations. (WC, Vol 14, pg 503)
Jack Ruby (Rubenstein as he was known in 1947) would apparently offer his services as an infiltrator too.
A memorandum written by a HUAC (House of Un-American Activities) staff assistant on November 24, 1947 reads,
“It is my sworn statement that one Jack Rubenstein of Chicago noted as a potential witness for hearings of the
House Committee on UnAmerican Activities is performing information functions for the staff of Cong. Richard M.
Nixon, Rep. Of California. It is requested Rubenstein not be called for open testimony in those aforementioned
hearings.»
NOTE: the preceding document concerning Jack Rubenstein, of Chicago, working as an informant for the HUAC is based
upon a memorandum signed by “L.S.” on 11/24/47. In 1982 Nixon allegedly told his former aide and confidante (Roger
Stone), “The damn thing is, I knew this Jack Ruby. Murray (Chotiner) brought him to me in 1947, said he was one of ‘Johnson’s
boys’ and that LBJ wanted us to hire him as an informant to the Committee. We did.”
Whether Roger Stone’s side of the story can be trusted or not, the HUAC document exists.
There were claims that this was another Jack Rubenstein who was publically connected to the Communist Party, but he was
from New York. And both the document and a witness (discussed shortly) to one Jack Rubenstein who attended “communist
meetings” specifically state that he was from Chicago. [22]
And this other Jack Rubenstein looks nothing like Jack (Ruby) Rubenstein:
NOTE: Rubenstein (DOB 4/5/1905) was originally from New York, New Jersey, and later the Bronx. He was thin, well over 6 ft
tall, and a member of the Young Communist League in the 1920s. This Rubenstein broke with the Young Communist
League in 1929, distanced himself from communists, joined the Textile Workers of America, was the New York
State Director of the Textile Workers Union of America in 1947, and vice-president of the New York AFL-CIO until
his retirement in 1973. This man, because of his prior association with the Young Communist League, was mentioned during
the Dies Committee hearings in 1938 and 1939 [23]
One month after Jack Rubenstein had been hired by the HUAC, he legally changed his name. On December 30, 1947
the 68th Judicial District Court in Dallas granted Jacob Leon Rubenstein’s petition to change his name to Jack Leon
Ruby.
The witness
GEORGE WILLIAM FEHRENBACH gave testimony to the Warren Commission (WC, Vol 15, pp 289-321) about a Jack
RUBENSTEIN who he had known during the mid 1940s.
It involved allegations that a man named Jack Rubenstein attended what FEHRENBACH described as “communist
meetings” on a floor above where he worked, attended by “Russian Jews” in Muncie, Indiana from 1943 to 1947.
FEHRENBACH grabbed a list left behind at one of these meetings, the largest of which was in 1947, with Rubenstein’s name
on it, and handed it to the police (actually his father-in-law) and nothing came of it.
On three occasions the witness confirmed these meetings: in the summer 1943, early 1944, and early 1947
What didn’t add up was that these “communists” were mainly local business owners (jewelry shop owners,
restaurant and clothes shop owners). Hardly sources for “communism”. And what definitely didn’t add up was the
attendance of Jack Rubenstein. If it’s the same one, he was in the military at the time. But he was also running drugs for
MEYER LANSKY’s organization. And an informant.
I was going to skip over this testimony because I couldn’t see how it fit in with the RUBENSTEIN profile. That is, until I read
the witness description of him.
— he was from Chicago
— he described himself as an “entertainer”
— he owned an establishment with “peep holes”
— he boasted about the girls in his establishment
And then there was the witness description:
Mr. FEHRENBACH. Yes. I told the FBI in Medford that I could not definitely swear it was the same man but his facial features
and things leads me to believe that it could possibly be. And I didn’t really draw that conclusion until, and it is like I told them, I
couldn’t actually draw that conclusion until after I had heard his name was Jack Rubenstein and he was from Chicago and then
when I seen the picture of him, and it did very definitely look quite a bit like the Jack Rubenstein I knew, only somewhat older [note:
20 years older], because well I don’t know, the pictures I have seen of him since he shot this Oswald, he has always been rather
sloppily dressed and when I knew him he was always very well dressed.
— The testimony of George William Fehrenbach was taken at 9:30 a.m., on July 22, 1964 [24]
What has never been brought up about this incident is the fact that the mid-forties and particularly 1947, the year
the witness described as the largest meeting, there was a major zionist campaign in the US to arm zionist terrorists
in Palestine, through known associates of Rubenstein, the likes of Meyer Lansky and Mickey Cohen, and a major
push by the ADL to push the Zionist agenda. Since 1942 the ADL had been producing lists of members to supply to
the FBI for a possible “partnership”. I can’t understand why a large group of communists would want their names
registered! [25]
Rubenstein, nor this group of “Russian Jews” were in any way, shape or form “communists” given the former’s supposed strip
joint management and the latter’s positions of wealth within the community. From what I can see, based on logic from this
guy’s testimony, the timing, and the list, is that this was a meeting of zionists. Or zionist Marxists? [26]
Probable ADL members. That is my interpretation. The alternative is to believe that a pimp and a group of well-to-do business
owners were “communists”.
I’m not stating this as fact, but including it here for consideration.
Rubenstein the informer, gun runner and Cuba
Jack Ruby moved to Dallas in 1947. And was an informer for Dallas police (narcotics division), the FBI and even the
first major inquiry in to organized crime (between 1950 and 1951), the “Kefauver Commission” (in exchange for
turning a blind eye to police corruption and organized crime in Dallas).
He was involved in narcotics, gun smuggling, payoffs to Dallas police and had dealings with Dallas politicians and
judges. [27][28][29]
The guy was apparently busy on multiple fronts.
A friend from his days in Chicago, Luis Kutner, was “on the fringes of the Chicago mob” in his youth. [30]
Ruby had moved to Dallas to help the Chicago mob expand its rackets in the city. Luis Kutner stayed in Chicago to practice
law, counting mob figures among his clients. And during this period, they did not lose touch.
— Freeman, Joe. “Possible Assassination Records Within the Jurisdiction of the Senate Commerce Committee (Kefauver
Committee Files).” Internal memorandum. 30 Sep 1996.
Kutner had acted as an intermediary between Jack Ruby, and the (Kefauver) Senate committee.
According to Kutner, he connected Ruby with the committee’s Chief Counsel, Rudolph Halley. Kutner described
Ruby’s goal as becoming the mafia’s “pipeline” into the commission. [31]
Ruby’s other goal was to steer the committee away from taking its investigation to Dallas. [32]
It apparently worked as Kefauver complimented a police representative “for catching [organized crime] before it got started down
in Dallas.” [33]
This was a false statement. Within a few years, another Senate investigation would put Dallas in the top tier of U.S. cities for
narcotics trafficking. [34]
Kutner was defending mafia figures as well as himself. He was accused of obtaining “$60,000 from racketeers by falsely
claiming he could ‘fix’ the Senate Committee.” [35]
At some point in the ensuing years, Kutner became an FBI informant. Listed by the Bureau as symbol informant CG
5973-C, Kutner reported on the activities of Chicago mob “fixer” Gus Alex and his lawyer, Sidney Korshak. [36][37]
In 1970, FBI informants reported an event where Kutner took the stage with Meir Kahane, the leader of the militant
Jewish Defense League.
Kahane reportedly stated: “if it takes a bombing of the Soviet Embassy in New York to be put on page 1—fine.” [38]
The Puppet
«neither OSWALD’s Cuban interests in Dallas nor RUBY’s Cuban activities have been adequately explored…..much evidence [that
RUBY] was interested in Cuban matters, citing his relationship to LEWIS MCWILLIE; his attempted sale of jeeps to Castro, his
reported attendance of meetings «in connection with the sale of arms to Cubans and the smuggling out of refugees»

Just after the Kefauver Committee hearings in 1952, across the water in Cuba, Fulgencio Batista ousted (the corrupt) CARLOS
PRIO SOCARRAS who had been elected president of Cuba in 1948. Socarras eventually went in to exile in Miami.
[Note: He would “commit suicide” in 1977 just before being called before the US House Select Committee on Assassinations.]

Informant «T-2» (Blaney Mack Johnson) revealed that in the early 1950s a man he knew then as «RUBENSTEIN” arranged
illegal flights of weapons to the Castro organization in Cuba. He added that RUBENSTEIN «left Miami and purchased a
substantial share in a Havana gaming house in which one ColLIS PRIO (phonetic) – CARLOS PRIO – was principal
owner.»

T-2 stated that the man he recognized as RUBY but knew formerly as RUBENSTEIN was smuggling arms to Cuba with one
DONALD EDWARD BROWDER. T-2 went on to name three people who he said could corroborate his story.. [40]

DONALD EDWARD BROWDER worked for the CIA and bought planes to run arms to use against Castro. [41]
Further evidence of Ruby’s gunrunning to Cuba:
Witness Mary Thompson (WC Exhibit 3065):
On about May 30, 1958, she traveled to Islamerada, Florida, accompanied by her daughter and son-in-law…They visited her
brother and sister-in-law, James and Mary Lou «Butch» Woodard…. While there they met Jack (Rubenstein) and Isabel (last
name unknown), acquaintances of the Woodards.
[Thompson then listed several facts that indicated that this Jack was Jack Ruby — grew up in Chicago, ran a bar in Dallas, also
called Leon, same physical description, etc]
“Mary Lou said that Jack had a trunk full of guns and inferred that Jack was going to supply them to the Cubans. Mrs
Thomspons stated that she was told that there were supplies of guns hidden in the marshes that were being collected by the
Indians in the area to be sold to the Cubans. This was at the time of the revolution in Cuba.” [42]
In the late 1950s Robert McKeown supplied weapons to Carlos Prio and Fidel Castro fighting Fulgencio Batista in Cuba.
Meyer LANSKY’s syndicate was actually backing both sides in the belief that his Cuban gambling empire would be
secured. [43]
On New Years Day 1959, Fidel Castro ousted Fulgencio Batista. Santo Trafficante Jr, mafia kingpin and associate of
Meyer Lansky in the Cuban gambling empire, would be imprisoned at the Trescornia detention center by Castro
shortly after he took over.
In early 1959 RUBY made «preliminary inquiries, as a middleman, concerning the possible sale to Cuba of some surplus
jeeps located in Shreveport, La., and asked about the possible release of prisoners from a Cuban prison.» [44]
The FBI had (the previously mentioned) MCKEOWN knowing Castro and CARLOS PRIO SOCARRAS personally.
MCKEOWN was the one who revealed RUBY’s possible jeep deal and RUBY’s attempt to get friends released from Cuban
detention. MCKEOWN also said that RUBY came to him offering a large sum of money in return for a personal letter
of introduction to Castro. [45]
«The neutrality and registration act investigation related primarily to the activities of CARLOS PRIO SOCARRAS, who, with a
number of others including MCKEOWN, was involved in a conspiracy to ship arms, munitions, and other war materials to
Fidel Castro to assist him in his efforts to overthrow the Batista regime in this investigation.» — J Edgar Hoover (investigation
started in 1952)

JOHN WILSON HUDSON (a.k.a. John Wilson), an English journalist supposedly detained with Trafficante in the camp,
indicated that RUBY came to see TRAFFICANTE in Trescornia. [46]
After RUBY shot OSWALD, according to CIA cables, WILSON contacted the American Embassy and reported that «an
American gangster called Santo…was visited by an American gangster type named RUBY.»

This same year, Ruby became an important FBI informant. The guy was either a 007 type genius, or the biggest
useful idiot on everybody’s books.
Jack Rubenstein (Ruby) would be revealed to have been an FBI informant through 1959 (the evidence wasn’t released until
years later) and to have further confirmation of his links with Meyer Lansky. [47]
In a J Edgar Hoover letter to the Warren Commission that was withheld until 1975, the following information was disclosed:
Special Agent Charles W. Flynn, FBI agent of the Dallas office, contacted Ruby on March 11, 1959, to inquire as to whether Ruby
would agree to be an FBI informant. Ruby agreed to this. (This information was furnished to the Warren Commission five years
later, but was only made public in 1975). Ruby and Flynn met on April 28 again.
Ruby bought five hundred dollars’ worth of miniature tape-recording equipment. «[O]n April 27, 1959, the day before he
was to meet with agent Flynn, Ruby rented a safe deposit box, perhaps as a repository for the tapes he intended to make.
Before and after every trip to Cuba, Ruby would enter his safe deposit box and then visit his FBI contact. In total, the
FBI dealt with Ruby on nine occasions between March 11 and October 2, 1959, during the height of his Cuban
activities….Flynn denies any knowledge of Ruby’s safe deposit box, his expensive spy equipment, his trips to Cuba, or his
association with Trafficante and McWillie….[though] Flynn told a reporter several years ago that Ruby did tell him of at least one
of his Cuban excursions..» [48]
More Lansky connections
The Warren Commission stumbled on a number of Ruby associates, including gambler Lewis J. McWillie, who were
connected to gambling networks and crime syndicate leaders, but it did not pursue the connections. McWillie was known to
have links with Dallas crime boss Joseph Civello and Tampa crime boss Santo Trafficante, as well as Sam and David Yaras,
Jake Lansky and Dino Cellini.
The House Select Committee on Assassinations (HSCA) learned that during Ruby’s early days in Chicago, he was friendly with
David Yaras, a Chicago based hit man. He was a top lieutenant in Sam Giancana’s Chicago Outfit. Yaras later set up rackets in
Miami, Florida.
The HSCA also learned that, as an adult, Ruby was friendly with Lewis McWillie, who worked in Cuban casinos
run by mob financier Meyer Lansky and Tampa’s Trafficante. [49]
A June 11, 1964, FBI memo (exhibit 1697 of the Warren Commission Report) indicated that Ruby’s pal McWillie first
moved out to Cuba in September 1958. He went to work as a manager at the Meyer Lansky and Norman Rothman-
controlled Tropicana nightclub casino, a job he held until May 1960. [50]
Ruby shipped weapons to Cuba through McWillie. Another Ruby associate from Dallas, Russell Douglas Matthews, a
convicted narcotics smuggler, also opened a bar business in Havana in 1958. (HSCA, Vol IX, pgs 524-586.)
RUBY told the Warren Commission on June 7, 1964 about his 1959 visit to [LEWIS] MCWILLIE in Havana (the same year he
was an informant).
RUBY lied when he told the Warren Commission he had only been to Cuba once, on vacation, for a week to ten days.
According to Cuban travel records, JACK RUBY entered Cuba from New Orleans on August 8, 1959; left Cuba September 11,
1959; re-entered Cuba from Miami on September 12, 1959; and returned from Cuba to New Orleans on September 13, 1959.

But bank records [52], Dallas police records [53] and FBI records [54] showed Ruby in Dallas August 10, 21, 31, and September
4, days which fall right in the middle of his supposedly continuous stay in Cuba. Somehow, Ruby was getting in and out of
Cuba (allegedly) without the Cuban authorities detecting and recording such.”
Ruby made these multiple return trips with cash that he deposited in a Miami bank for McWillie’s bosses. [55]
In 1960, Ruby’s long time friend and associate, Luis Kutner, acted as an emissary for two major mafia figures, Sam
Mannarino and Norman Rothman, to the FBI.
Kutner carried an offer to eliminate Cuban leader Fidel Castro to the FBI. [56]
Norman Rothman had run mafia casinos in Batista’s Cuba. Kutner was Rothman’s attorney while the two gangsters were out
on bond, awaiting sentencing for a recent federal conviction. A jury had found them guilty on two important counts: a 1958
theft of weapons from an Ohio National Guard Armory, and neutrality act violations for attempting to get the stolen weapons
to Cuba. [57]
An FBI memo describes the events of May 9th, 1960. Kutner seeking a lighter sentence for his client (Rothman) [58]
It is worth noting that Jack Ruby’s reported Cuban gun-running also coincides with the same period as Rothman
and Mannarino’s. Further, Ruby’s friend, Lewis McWillie, managed one of Rothman’s Havana casinos. [59][60]
At the time of the JFK assassination, MCWILLIE was working at the Thunderbird Hotel in Las Vegas, owned in
part by MEYER LANSKY and his brother JAKE.
“In other words, MCWILLIE was working for the LANSKYS when RUBY made seven phone calls to him in 1963.”
[61]
The HSCA reviewed Ruby’s phone records more closely and investigators noticed a pronounced spike in the increase in Ruby’s
calls in the days and weeks leading up to the assassination.
“A chronological consolidation of the telephone calls made by Ruby from the five separate business and home telephones he
used uncovered a significant increase in the number of calls made in October and November 1963. The average number lept
from around 25 to 35 in the months of May through September to approximately 75 in October and approximately
96 during the first 3 1/2 weeks of November.”
Many of these calls were to or received from known mobsters and union racketeers, some of whom were being
investigated by RFK’s Justice Department, including Barney Barker….,Lenny Patrick, Dave Yaras, Lewis McWillie, Irwin
S. Weiner and Nofio Pecora.
Barney Barker was.. “one of Hoffa’s best known associates during the McClellan Committee investigation,” when RFK was the
chief counsel to that committee which “detailed Baker’s role as Hoffa’s personal liaison to various Mafia figures, as well as to a
number of well-known syndicate executioners.”
Lenny Patrick was “one of the Chicago Mafia’s leading assassins and was responsible, according to Federal and State law
enforcement files, for the murders of over a dozen victims of the mob.” Patrick was a capo under Chicago mob boss Sam
Giancana.
Dave Yaras, like Patrick, was a childhood friend of Ruby from his old Chicago neighborhood, and “was overheard in a 1962
electronic surveillance discussing various underworld murder contracts he had carried out and one he had only recently been
assigned.”
Ruby visited McWillie in Cuba on a number of occasions and returned with cash that he deposited in a Miami bank for
McWillie’s boss.
Irwin Weiner was a Chicago bail bondsman and close associate of Hoffa and Giancana and was described by Jack Anderson as
“the underworld’s major financial figure in the Midwest.”
Pecora was a Carlos Marcello associate whose friend Emile Bruneau bailed Oswald out of jail when he was arrested
with the Cubans. [62]
“I did it for the Jewish people”
STANLEY KAUFMAN was a lawyer who had known Ruby since at least 1954 and who would go on be be a legal adviser to
Eva Grant, Ruby’s sister, during his trial for Oswald’s assassination.
Kaufman was a member of B’nai B’rith which had been laying a platform for Israeli espionage in the US. [63][64]
Kaufman and Ruby went to the same synagogue, Shearith Israel in Dallas.
Their rabbi was Hillel E. Silverman, recipient of the Prime Minister’s medal, State of Israel, 1974, Israel Service
medal.
Silverman once reported that when he visited Ruby in jail that Ruby had said:
‘I did it for the Jewish people.’ [65]
The ADL had gotten in touch with Kaufman asking if the release of Ruby’s real name (Rubenstein) by the press was
“antisemitic”.
Kaufman claimed that Ruby was disturbed about an advertisement insert in the Dallas morning newspaper on Nov 22, 1963,
the morning of the assassination, critical of JFK because it had been posted by a right wing Jew called Bernard Weissman.
In the original FBI interview Kaufman was quoted as saying that Ruby had asked him “…if Mr. Freedman of the
Anti-Defamation League could furnish him any information as to the whereabouts of Bernard Weissman.» [66]
Kaufman would deny saying this in 1964. But the phrase is so specific that his excuse that the FBI interviewers were
“inaccurate”, and that they had somehow morphed the two separate statements about Freedman being in touch to ask if there
were “antisemitic” motives in the press for using Ruby’s real name, Rubenstein, and Ruby talking about Weissman, doesn’t
make any sense.
This fixation with Weissman and an apparent “antisemitism” paranoic statements by Ruby would last throughout
the day of JFK’s assassination.
Ruby’s sister, Eva Grant, his friend George Senator, an associate, Frank Bellochio and the aforementioned Stanley
Kaufman would testify to these outbursts on somebody “framing the Jews” to take the spotlight off the far right
John Birch Society, or “the communists”
Ruby phoned Kaufman at 4 o’clock the same day. Kaufman related that:
“Jack was particularly impressed with the [black] border [around the advertisement] as being a tip-off of some sort that this
man knew the President was going to be assassinated…»
Ruby told Kaufman that he had tried to locate Weissman by going to the post office and said that he was “attempting to be
helpful to law enforcement authorities.” [67][68]
Kaufman tried to sell the story about the Oswald assassination being “on impulse”, that any “red blooded American” would
have done it, and that he also had a client who witnessed the JFK assassination from a jail along the route who said that JFK
was shot “from behind”.
In other words, he was acting as witness to the official story in both instances.
Remember, in between Ruby making a song and dance about the “Jews being set up” angle, he was also stalking Oswald
throughout the weekend with a gun. And he was overheard relaying his progress to other unknown persons.
His statements appear forced to me. Why? Because even though he had literally been surrounded by zionist forces
from Lansky capos to B’nai B’nith and a zionist rabbi for nearly 20 years, he has never been on record even uttering
the word “Israel” or “zionism”. Or “Lansky”.
He continued this charade when being interviewed by Earl Warren:
“Because right now, I want to tell you this, I am used as a scapegoat, and there is no greater weapon that you can use to create
some falsehood about some of the Jewish faith, especially at the terrible heinous crime such as the killing of President
Kennedy….”

The Jewish “backers”
Finally on this issue, this very underreported but verified claim adds more fuel:
On November 21, 1963, a government informant named Thomas Mosley was negotiating the sale of machine guns
to a Cuban exile named Echevarria. In the course of the transaction, Echevarria said that «we now have plenty of
money – our new backers are Jews» and would close the arms deal «as soon as we [or they] take care of Kennedy.»
The next day, Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas.
Mosley, an ATF informant, reported his conversation to the Secret Service, and that agency quickly began
investigating what it termed «a group in the Chicago area who may have a connection with the JFK assassination.«
The Secret Service investigation was soon taken over by the FBI. The FBI quickly dropped the case, leaving this explosive
statement unresolved. The Warren Commission received the Secret Service reports but did not direct the FBI to take any action
in the matter. [69]
And the reliability of this informant was verified by another secret service memo:
“I further told Mr Johnson that the informant had worked with us in a recent counterfeiting Case and had proved to be
reliable.”

This aforementioned Chicago outfit of Cuban exiles may have been part of an earlier investigation three weeks before when
Kennedy’s visit through there was cancelled due to a report of “four rifles with sights” being found in a room by a
landlady. [70][71]
The alleged conspiracy to assassinate Kennedy in Chicago had striking similarities to the Dallas MO:
“Thomas Arthur Vallee, was a 30-year-old ex-Marine, classified extreme paranoid schizophrenic by military doctors.
Vallee worked as an apprentice at IPP Litho-plate at 625 West Jackson. As the patsy, he was perfect—as perfect for
the Chicago assassination plot as Lee Harvey Oswald was for the Dallas assassination plot.
Vallee was born and raised in Chicago. Like Oswald, he joined the Marines in the mid-50s during the Korean War
period. Like Oswald Vallee was assigned to a U-2 base in Japan; Oswald at Atsugi, Vallee at Camp Otsu. The cover
reference for the U-2 project at these bases was Joint Technical Advisory Group (JTAG). Since the CIA exerted a
strong presence at these two bases, they were prime recruitment stations.
Vallee was recruited about the same time (as Oswald) to train members of a fiercely anti-Castro guerrilla group.
Objective: the assassination of Fidel Castro. Training locale: in and around Levittown, Long Island.
Both planned assassination sites. Oswald at the fifth floor book depository on Elm Street in Dallas. Vallee on the
third floor IPP printing company looking out over Jackson Street exit ramp where Kennedy’s limousine would
have been hit.
Both Vallee and Oswald could be shown to have extremist political views. Both owned rifles. Both were basically
loners. Basically drifters. Basically lowlife. The dregs of society. Perfect for the work they were recruited for. Perfect
for a frame-up.
They even resembled one another physically.” [72]
Secret serviceman Abraham Bolden was framed for trying to reveal the Chicago incident. [73]
Ruby wants to come clean
In the following years, Ruby would again claim to have been made a scapegoat. But for far different reasons.
In a televised interview with the press in March 1965:
Ruby: “Everything pertaining to what’s happening has never come to the surface. The world will never know the true facts of what
occurred, my motives. The people who had so much to gain, and had such an ulterior motive for putting me in the position
I’m in, will never let the true facts come aboveboard to the world.”
Reporter: “Are these people in very high positions?»
Ruby: “Yes.»

Six months after this press conference, television personality and celebrity-reporter Dorothy Kilgallen was permitted to
interview Jack Ruby in prison (November 1965). She returned to her New York home after her talk to Ruby telling her
friend, Mrs Earl T Smith, all about it and declaring she was going to break the assassination mystery wide open.
She was found dead a few days later resulting, they said from an overdose. Two days later, Mrs Earl T. Smith was
also found dead. [74]
Dallas Deputy Sheriff Al Maddox claimed that Ruby shook hands with him and passed him a note. In this note he said that he
was part of a conspiracy, and that his role was to silence Oswald.

Not long before Ruby died, according to an article in the London Sunday Times, he told psychiatrist Werner Teuter that the
assassination was «an act of overthrowing the government» and that he knew «who had President Kennedy killed«. He
added: «I am doomed. I do not want to die. But I am not insane. I was framed to kill Oswald.» [75]

the moment. He felt Ruby would have done it for money.”

Coming full circle
In 1971 when Cointelpro was exposed… Luis Kutner’s partners in the potentially lucrative propaganda scheme “Friends of the
FBI”, were Lee Edwards and Patrick J. Gorman—two men deeply immersed in America’s far-right and the newly
emerging neoconservative movement. [77]
The neoconservatives (neocons) would be the next zionist stepping stone within the US for decades to come.
Lee Edwards ran a variety of conservative organizations. He was the National Producer of the Information Council of the
Americas (INCA), a group of far-right anti-communists with ties to anti-Castro groups and Latin American dictators. [78]
INCA and Ed Butler bring us back full circle. Ed Butler was the one who “debated” Lee Harvey Oswald on radio,
moulding his pre-assassination caricature as a “commie”. And the INCA group would have its fingerprints all over
the group of people Garrison was investigating at the New Orleans Trade Center. And Permindex. [79]
Conclusion
I had to trawl through nearly fifty years of research on this man Jack (Rubenstein) Ruby. I’ve whittled it down to what could be
verified and documented.
You’ll see that Jack Ruby was under orders to assassinate Oswald having stalked him from the moment he was brought to the
Dallas Police Department. He admitted to a reporter that he had intentions to kill him on the first day.
He gained access by posing as a journalist, at one point entering a restricted area posing as a “translator for the Israeli press”
(which was never followed up on).
You’ll also see that he didn’t want to carry the assassination through as a policeman testified to receiving a warning by
telephone. The policeman identified the caller as being Ruby.
Ruby was a career informant for nearly thirty years before JFK was assassinated. He was also a career thug for the Meyer
Lansky syndicate. His role model was LA capo Mickey Cohen. Both Cohen and Lansky were heavily involved with zionist
terrorism. The latter was the main man in the US for Mossad and Haganah. Cohen actually met Menchamen Begin and
organized arms shipments to Palestine for Irgun. Both regularly raised money for the “zionist cause” but Lansky laundered
money for Mossad and had a direct hand in aiding Mossad spies in the US.
Even Ruby’s rabbi was a zionist honored by Israel in the early seventies. Another “legal adviser” friend of his who attended the
same Synagogue was an important member of B’nai B’nith, which was at the time – and still is – an enabler of Israeli spies in
the US. And which at the time of JFK’s assassination being pressured under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
From Ruby moved to Dallas, having been alleged to have been a spy for Nixon against communism through the House of
Unamerican Activities (which had zionist Roy Cohen as number 2 below McCarthy), he became an informant for Dallas
police. And became a “useful tool” for a White House inquiry in to organized crime through the Kefauver Committee. The
latter relationship with government officials was organized by Ruby’s friend, Luis Kutner, who had a “colorful” history.
Including sharing a platform in later years with Meir Kahane, the leader of the Jewish Defence League.
Ruby would be involved in gunrunning and act as a bag man (illegal money courier) in Cuba, working with CIA operatives
and the Lansky syndicate before being recruited as an informer for the FBI in 1959.
He was ordered to kill Oswald. But by who? And why did he go through with it?
The only people who could have ordered the assassination, by way of deduction, is the Lansky syndicate. With the help of
corrupt officials in Dallas.
Ruby was in constant contact with mafia and Lansky syndicate figures leading up to and during the day of the assassination.
Some of these figures were assassins themselves.
Oswald was meant to die soon after JFK was hit but they failed. Ruby almost immediately began to try and point the blame
towards the far right wing John Birch Society or “communists”. His crocodile tears over JFK are transparent when you see how
despised the Kennedys were by Ruby’s associates, bosses and friends.
As for the question, why did he feel he had to go through with it…
We’ve seen that the official reasons have been blown out of the water so we have to look at his circumstances at the time. As
mentioned before, he was a career informant for decades. And his personal life was a failure. He tried to emulate his hero
Mickey Cohen and the best he could do was a seedy strip joint. He was in debt and making very little money. His handlers
within different agencies had so much dirt on him that he would have been a pawn, but do you really think that the mafia and
syndicate figures didn’t know? Was he working for them with their blessing? He took the heat off of organized crime in Dallas.
He was working maneuveres in Cuba alongside CIA figures when the CIA and organized crime were attempting to kill or
remove Castro. Either way, it appears that he was cornered by Lansky’s organization. They probably called in their debts,
threatened to reveal his informer status to people outside the loop, and with an act of bravado (he was a loudmouth) coupled
with the promise of a reduced sentence from other players may have sealed the deal.
Whichever scenario was being played out, zionist kingpin Meyer Lansky was at the center of each of them.
