Project Details: CSOne Case API is the Salesforce Apex REST API with 15 services which is used
for case management functionalities. It is utilized by the 50+ clients via Mule.

Roles & Responsibilities:

➢ Exposed Apex Rest API for Salesforce Case creation/Update/View from client application.
➢ Developed Rest Callout Program to call third party Services for validating User Authorization &
Entitlement for managing Cases.
