Project #01:

Title: India Pharma Application

Client: Bausch & Lomb

Environment: Salesforce CRM, validations and Workflows, Apex Data Loader, Eclipse.

Description:

The application was already developed in Salesforce CRM and it is used by the every
employee of Bausch & Lomb Company in China and Korea. After that they asked for the same
application for Indian employees also. Mainly it is used by the Sales Managers and Sales
Representatives to plan the call or to plan the store visit and to report accordingly.

Their plan goes to their respective managers for approval. After the approval

Their planned calls will reflect as an event into the calendar of their Black berry or Iphone.

After every visit they have to report through this application from the Black Berry or Iphone
provided to them. Higher authority gets the reports and dashboards from the application.

Responsibilities:

➢ Configured/customized the Salesforce application as per the client’s requirement.


➢ Customized the objects like Account, Contact, Lead, Opportunity and Campaign.
➢ Created new Custom Objects and fields for Call reporting, Call Plan, etc.
➢ Written Validation rules and workflow rules and approval processes.
➢ Created Sharing settings and also gave Field Accessibility.
➢ Created Reports and Dashboards as per the client’s requirements.
➢ Deployed components from Development environment to Sandbox and from Sandbox to
Production using eclipse.
