4. Teaching (What will you do?) (5 points)
I would first start of my lesson by reading to the children a book called “What If We are All the Same.” I will ask my students if they know what the word difference means? After I finish reading the book, I would then ask my students to go to the front of the classroom and choose what color they want of construction paper, I would then ask my students to go back to their seats, I would then ask my students to draw a picture of themselves on the construction paper they picked up, using markers and colored pencils to draw themselves showing how they are different. After each student is done drawing a picture of themselves, with their differences. I would then ask my students to go to the front of the class and make a small circle on the floor and then I would ask my students to share and explain their picture to the class. After they are done, I would then ask them to tape and hang up their pictures in the board that is found in the front of the classes. After all the pictures are hanged up, I would ask my students to go to their seats and observe the pictures they drew and see the differences that each student has and see how unique each child is. 5. Closure: (2 points) This activity is to show students the differences there are within the people and how each of us are unique.
