I submit that this is a case of unlawful assembly, Criminal Trespass, mischief caused damage and criminal
intimidation to the complainant that occurred on 20.03.22 at about 6.30 PM in the fields of the complainant,
Anandaraopeta Village, Singanamala Mandal and reported on 27.03.2022 at 12 NN., where in the accused 1.
Buddepalli Venkata Narayana 2.Venkatesh, s/o Naganna, 3.Nagendra s/o Venkata Narayana, 4. Bhaskar s/o
Venkatesh, 5. Samappa s/o Chinna Pullanna, 6. Olappa s/o Rangappa, 7.Kullayappa, s/o Olappa, 8. Naganna s/o
Venkatesh, 9.Venkateshu s/o Late Venkatanna, 10. Yerriswamy s/o Sunkappa, 11. Nagarjuna s/o Kammanna, 12.
Munakka w/o Venkatanarayana, 13.Lakshmi Devi w/o Late Sunkappa, 14.Anusha w/o Nagendra, 15.Narayanamma
w/o Venkateshu All are of Anandaraopeta Village, Singanamala Mandal were criminal trespass into the fields of
complainant Buddepalli Adeppa, aged 63 years, s/o B.Rangappa and plucked the fencing wire, demolish the cement

 bricks ,destroyed the crop and threatened them they will see his end. This is due to rasta dispute between
complainant and accused.
