12. Contents of the complaint / statement of the complainant or informant :
I submit that this is a case of wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation that occurred on 20.03.2022 at about
11 AM in the village fields of Anandaraopeta Village, Singanamala Mandal and reported on 27.03.2022 at 2 PM.,
where in the accused 1.Buddepall Adeppa, 2. Suryanarayana s/o Adeppa, 3. Ramanjinamma w/o Suryanarayana, 4.
Rangamma d/o Adeppa 5. Kullayamma, w/o Adeppa All are of Anandaraopeta Village, Singanamala Mandal were
stopped to the complainant Buddepalli Venkatanarayana, aged 55 years, s/o Late B.Naganna and his family
member and quarrel with them and threatened them if they went in this way they will see their end. This is a case
and counter in Cr.No.31/2022, u/s 143, 447, 427, 506 r/w 34 IPC of Singanamala PS.
