NOTE:
• All MONUSCO check in counters will close 1 hour prior to flight departure time.  
• A maximum of 5 kgs hand luggage + 1 working lap top  and 20 kgs of checked luggage can accompany each passenger. Final acceptance of any
extra luggage is dependent on space/weight capacity of the air craft.  
• Passengers have to confirm their flight by calling MOVCON Passenger Booking Office a working day prior to date of travel between 16:00 and 18:00
hours and between 14:00 to 16:00 hours on Sunday for those travelling on Monday. PBO duty mobile 0997068664 or Extensions:175-5021, 5498,

• The traveller is responsible for arranging his/her own accommodation at the destination.
• In the event  final destination or technical stop over is outside DRC it is mandatory for every passenger to have in their possession a valid travel
document (National Passport/Lasser Passez) , Health card and recommend to have US$300/- to sustain themselves in the event of flight
cancellations.
• Passengers name appearing on load list does not guarantee a seat on the aircraft.
