This is to inform that the department has issued Letter of Acceptance for the supply
of Water Quality Equipment for chemical analysis for Andhra Pradesh Ground Water &
Water Audit Department (Notice No: 3031/NHP/CL/2020-3) for Package-I equipments of
Contract Amount of Rs.22,63,240/- (Rupees Twenty-Two Lakhs Sixty-Three Thousand
Two Hundred and Forty only) including GST and requested to submit the performance
security (5%) vide reference 3rd cited and the same was submitted by you vide reference
4th cited.
Hence, you are requested to supply and install the equipments as per annexure
enclosed (Delivery Locations). The payment will be made after delivery and satisfactory
installation of the equipments. The warranty period shall be applicable to the supplied
equipments as per the tender document.

The payment will be effected subject to the following conditions.

1. Loss or The result of loss or damage if any will be communicated to you

Damage: within 15 days on receipt of the articles and same should be made by
you free of cost within 15 days.
2. Delivery: 30 days as per tender document

3. Warranty 1 year from the date of installation (as per tender document). Within
warrant period, if any problems persist the firm has to repair or
exchange the equipment.
4. Payment: Within a week after receipt of Invoice

Please acknowledge the receipt of the order and confirm the supply and
installation. Please send bills in triplicate along with Advanced Stamped Receipt and Tax
Certificates for effecting payment to O/o Director, Ground Water and Water Audit
Department, Door No: 14-7-29, Vysya Bhavan, 4th and 5th floor, NamburiGopal Rao
Street, Hanumanpet, Vijayawada-520003, Krishna District, A.P. along with installation
certificates.
