Step 1 : Add the url to trusted sites zone in your internet explorer settings

just in case include both the below urls in the trusted sites zone,

Step 2: download the e-Signature zip file

Then right click on the zip file downloaded and click on extract all, select desktop path

Open the folder saved on desktop, copy all files as shown below

Now goto Windows (C:) drive of your desktop  paste the files there,

and select yes for any pop-ups that come up to replace the existing files in the C drive

OR

pop-ups asking administrator permission, Select yes for all

After the files are pasted close these windows

Step 3: Run cmd as administrator as shown below (this is crucial)

Perform the below steps as mentioned.

In the screen that opens Give Command “cd/”  Enter

Open the below “Readme” file pasted in C drive or available in the esignature folder downloaded

Copy the above highlighted portion and paste in CMD screen

Press enter

You should get message “eSignature installation succeed”

“Press any key to continue”

Then close CMD and open the HPALM url link in internet explorer
