1. Introduction – Overview of the project
The Eater Game is a well built entertainment game developed for the interest
and entertainment of the players or other users. This game also provides a good
and suitable environment for the learners who want to become the game
developers or game hobbyists.

The game is based on the character called ‘The Eater’. The aim of the Eater is to
eat all the crunchy Titbits scattered around the maze. But the task of the eater is
not easy because there are six other evil deeds – enemies of the eater who are
about to kill the crunchy titbit eater. While eating these titbits the eater has to
protect itself from the enemies called the Bugs.

The Modules of the Project are:

 The Maze Screen

2. Motivation
Since the project is a simple game and not an automation project so details
about the Existing and Proposed systems does contain any meaning. The
project provides a basic building block for future game development and
programming.
In short this project is the initial step towards the game programming and
design.
3. Objective(s) and Scope

The main aim of the game is to provide user an environment of

entertainment. User plays the game and enjoys it. The game is provided

with three modes – Slow, Medium and Fast. The user can increase his/her

confidence while playing and enjoying the game. The game is also a good

source of brain development and confidence builder.

4. Description of the Project work

The entire game project is developed in C language – a most preferable

language after C++, for game development. [ write a paragraph about c

as a language for game development]

Using the power of C with its decent graphics support it was not so much

difficult to design and develop the game. The whole game interface was

designed without too much effort. Thanks to the power of C and its

graphics support.

Another important power tool of C is Pointers. Since pointers can be used

to deal with the addresses directly, thus the movement of Eater and the

Bugs on the maze was not a tough job.

6. Conclusions

The entire game project is a great entertainment and a good source of

learning for the beginners who want to become game developers or who

want to make gamming as their profession.

The salient features of the project are:

 It is a simple project yet a powerful learning tool for the beginners.

 It uses almost all the features of C language.

Future enhancements can made to the project such as the game can be made

multiplayer and multiple levels can be added. More graphics can also be added

and user friendly interface can be modified with attractive pictures and graphics.
