20th July 2021 Offer Letter

Dear Niharika,

We are pleased to extend this offer for the position of “Editor” with Lex Lexicon Journal (LexLJ). Please go
through the terms and conditions mentioned below. Once you agree to the terms and conditions, your start date
will be 26th July 2021.

Position: The position offered to you is of the “Editor” and thus your work consists of editing the research
submissions. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you hereby confirm that you have no legal obligations or
contract that would anyway restrict you from performing your duties for Lex Lexicon.

Perks: You will be offered a letter of appreciation, Promotion will be granted to all the efficiently working
editors at regular intervals, Interactive sessions will be arranged with the Advisory Board Members. Also, as per
your performance, we will offer a Letter of Recommendation.
Please note, this position is unpaid and thus Lex Lexicon is not bound to any monetary compensation.

Duration: The duration of your work will be 1 year. You are supposed to complete the entire period to be
eligible for the certificate of appreciation and other perquisites. Lex Lexicon is not bound to offer any perquisites
if you fail to complete the time period.

Privacy: You are required to uphold the privacy and thus not share any information related to Lex Lexicon. Any
such act will result in strict actions from our end. For the same, kindly duly fill and sign the attached
Confidentiality agreement.
