(September 2022 – February 2024). Upon successful completion, you will transfer permanently into one of our teams in line with your
career progression and ambitions.
The Graduate Programme

This entry-level role is an excellent starting point for a career in Business Operations. During the programme, you will rotate across a
number of teams/areas to provide you with an in-depth introduction to Business Operations and Wealth Management more generally.
Your role will evolve and develop as the business does and you will be provided with opportunities to build and develop your long-term

Through your rotations you will provide proactive support and collaboration between the Custody Services, Client Services and IT &
Business Solutions departments, leading to increased knowledge sharing between these business functions.

You will be expected to gain your IOC (Investment Operations Certificate) within your first year to ensure you receive a concise
overview of Investment Operations. You will meet with a member of the Professionalism (Learning & Development) team to discuss
your career ambitions including whether we can offer you any additional professional qualifications to aid your progression within our
business.

As part of LGT’s graduate programme, you will build a global network with your fellow graduates who are completing similar
programmes in Liechtenstein, Zurich, Vienna, Hong Kong, and Singapore. A particular highlight for this year’s cohort includes spending
two weeks in Singapore receiving training, building relationships across our LGT entities, and exploring one of the world’s most vibrant
