Hello Brothers in the Light. Knowing that it is often unconscious in us, what can we do to avoid creating an obstacle to the aid of the Planes
of Light or the Beings of Light? Thank you.

They are telling me:

“We repeat, for the moment, humanity is in great transformation, and cannot “pull out all the stops.” First, a restructuring must be
accomplished little by little in you.”

They have already shown me that vibratory frequencies come in waves.

“Now it is no longer in waves; it is much more powerful and sometimes, depending on the fragility of your body, depending on your
emotional fragility, or depending on other criteria, you cannot deal with these considerable waves of vibratory energies, of
electromagnetism, etc., … You must not forget that before being beings of matter, you are vibratory and magnetic beings.

Therefore, what to do? The first thing is to love yourself; it is also, and this is very important but does not happen in a second, to liberate
yourself from all the real or imaginary sufferings; there are some imaginary sufferings due to childhood or adolescence that can come
from the poor comprehension of a relationship, from the poor comprehension of a parental or fraternal love, etc., therefore it is necessary
for you to liberate yourself from this to be, in a way, new beings.

From the moment that you will accept to be reborn to yourself, to offer yourself to this rebirth, all will be much easier for you and your
body will integrate much more of these vibrations, these energies, etc., and at the level of your consciousness and even of your personality
that is going to last a little more time, you will feel much better.

We are also going to tell you this:

If you do not love yourself, how can you perceive the Love that your brothers, your friends, or your family offer you? If you do not have
Love for yourself, you will not have the capacity to receive or to understand Love that comes from those who love you in a friendly way,
from those who project Love upon you.

Therefore, this is a good question for you to prepare yourself for this great change, for these new codes, for this new consciousness,
because you are going to acquire a new consciousness (we use the word “consciousness” even if another word may be better adapted, but
we are using it anyway), consciousness that is not the intellect, that is not the consciousness of the being, but that which is going to replace
your ego and your personality. This is something very important to understand; something else will be placed in you to replace this ego
that is sometimes very strong, that personality that is a little overbearing; therefore, something else is in the process of manifesting itself
in you to allow you to be what you must be.

So, do not revolt against this, a rebirth does not happen suddenly; there is always suffering for a rebirth, and you must accept this
suffering. Little by little, there will no longer be any suffering because you will love yourself! No matter who you are, you will love
yourself! Tell yourself that you will love yourself, you will feel the Love of others, you will feel the Love of Life and you will feel the
greatest gift that you can feel: the Love of your own Divinity.

Your Divinity loves all that you are. It loves your body, it loves even what you may consider as small parts of the shadow; it is what you
must transmute little by little; however, the rebirth will not happen by snapping the fingers! There is a maturation to acquire, it requires
much letting go. We repeat once again, say aloud using your name: “I love you; all is perfect in me since I constantly radiate Light and
Love.”

Therefore, love yourself! We always come back to this word, we always come back to the same thing, and that Love there is just. The Love
that those who surround you have is not necessarily just because you would like for it to be something else (that it be greater or less, this is
a way of measuring the Love that is offered you), while the Love that you offer yourself and that will be restituted to you will be just
because you will expect nothing in return from yourself, if it is not the result of the Love that you will have given yourself.

We would also like to tell you that little by little you will discover many hidden faculties, notably wisdom that is there, ready to be
unveiled to you; this will not be the wisdom of the “Wise man” as you conceive of it, this will be wisdom in the total respect of the
Universal Laws, in the total respect of what you are.

Wisdom cannot exist without respect and without Love, wisdom is the emanation of respect and Love. To become a “Wise Man” there is
no need for an esoteric or spiritual culture; wisdom, is the behavior that you have in relation to your awareness of the Universal Laws and
of your own Universal Laws that enter into resonance with those of Love and of the Light.

This is perhaps a little complicated for you but try to listen again tomorrow or in a little while to what we are telling you today; maybe
wait for one or two months and listen again to all that we have told you today and you will say: “I understand better! It was not as
complicated as that!” This will prove to you how much you have changed and evolved in very little time.”

“Hello dear Brothers in the Light. Can the ego use emotions to continue to assure its preeminence?

“Concerning emotions, we would like to speak to you a little bit about this because emotions are also multiple.

There are inferior emotions, notably fears, etc., and when you are in inferior emotions, the ego and the personality are still masters of
your life. You feel, do not forget it, some very constructive emotions, those that come to you in relation to a beautiful story, a magnificent
countryside, in relation to the strong friendly or kindly relations with those who surround you, etc. These emotions are very elevating and
very promising.

Other emotions come to you and can generate tears, even many of them, but they are not inferior; these are due to deep emotions . You
can feel the human misery, the violence, the suffering, and this is going to generate emotions in you, and you will not know where they
are coming from. You will have tears, you will not necessarily feel happy within, but this will not necessarily belong to you.

You are in a universal relation with all of humanity, the Universal Law that connects all of you, that is to say that the great suffering that
can be experienced in one part of the world (as currently in Ukraine, etc.) can attain you in waves, and at that moment you can feel an
emotion, have tears without understanding where this emotion is coming from that upsets you for a short time (this can last an hour, it
matters little).
Therefore, there will be many differences in the emotions that you will feel and that you will experience. The most difficult comes from
the fact that your ego hides the reality of the provenance of your emotions; at that moment you lose yourself to them and your emotions
do not serve you to evolve, they hide the Light from you a little more. It is important to understand this; you are emotional beings and as
there is a large range in the scale of Love and of fear, there is also a great difference in the scale of human emotions.

We repeat again, you are emotional beings; these emotions can serve very greatly in your evolution, as they can unfortunately slow it
down momentarily. It is up to you to try to discover where the emotions are coming from, and from the moment that you discover it, allow
it, and ask the Light and the Love inside to absorb these emotions that have nothing to do inside you.

When, human beings are in emotional states, sometimes even imprisoned in these emotional states, they do not necessarily have the
capacity to call upon the Love and the Light to dissolve these emotions that disturb them or could disturb you. Understand the importance
of your functioning as an emotional being!

You have come into this world charged with this important emotion aspect, because this generates Love for others; emotions include an
enormous number of things. If you were not emotional beings, you could not understand fraternal Love, relational Love, etc., at all. Love
is a deep emotion, an emotion that makes you vibrate, that sometimes allows you to attain other dimensions of Love, which allow you to
have deep exchanges. There are also emotions that can destroy ,or of course that can generate destructive emotions.

From the moment that you will begin to understand that you are essentially emotional beings, that you must absolutely not block out your
emotions but allow themselves to express themselves, you will advance greatly. Emotions allow you to understand life, to understand your
experiences, sometimes to dominate what must be, to transcend it. For the moment, emotions are necessary in the life of the third
dimension.

When you completely change to another world, emotions will no longer be necessary. You will no longer have an ego; you will no longer
have a personality; you will function completely differently; you cannot yet understand that you can function in a completely different
way than the current one.

Little by little this is going to install itself in you, and you will understand more and more that you are not functioning like you did
yesterday, that something is happening in you and that everything is becoming easier even in your emotions.

Here is what we wished to answer.”

But then, is the fact of becoming more sensitive render us more emotional?

They are telling me:

“Automatically, from the moment when you no longer have the carapace of your third dimension, you gain in deep sensibility, you also
gain capacities of perception, of reception, but you weaken yourself because you do not have the protective cover and your emotions can
disturb you because you no longer have the possibility of being protected by this protective cover. There will come a time when you will
understand, where you will manage all of your emotions and they will no longer disturb your existence.

Emotions are also going to change very much. You will feel some emotions that you have not felt in relation to a relationship even in
relation to a beautiful countryside, because you will feel more and more what was not perceptible to you before having been rid of, as our
channel says, all the peels of the onion.

You can still, for a short time, be fragilized by your emotions; bless them, whether they are positive or inferior; they prove that you can
begin to understand the emotional being, the vibratory being and the being of Love that you are. If you allow yourself to be swallowed up
by your inferior emotions, notably fears that are a part of all inferior emotions, you will slow down your travel on the path; instead of
going a hundred or a thousand miles an hour towards the great door of transition, you will go thirty or forty miles an hour and you may
be a little late for making the great quantum leap. But…you are not yet there, and you have already traveled a beautiful path.”

Hello Brothers in the Light, you have spoken lately of peace and serenity, and you have told us that you would prefer to speak about
serenity rather than peace. Can you explain to us why? Thank you.

“It is very, very important to make the difference.

Peace belongs to men. Serenity belongs to the sacred in man, which is to say that serenity can be considered as belonging to spirituality, to
the true spirituality.

To ask for peace means: “I no longer want any war, I want to live in a world of peace, etc.” but those who speak of peace are often
speaking of exterior peace.

Serenity is interior peace. You can be in relative peace today and tomorrow you can be in revolution, even in relation to yourself; serenity
is the peace of the soul, this is truly the spiritual vibration of peace. Serenity is important.

When you will have acquired serenity, peace will absolutely no longer count. It will have no place to be in you because you will have
passed the stage of peace, and this word will no longer have the same importance.
