Ten years after the tragic
event that claimed the life
of many people, Luna and
Caleb find themselves
embarking on a journey of
self-discovery and and
love.
Synopsis
It Doesn’t End There, is a film about
grief, young love and growing up.
Luna and Caleb both lost their older
siblings ten years ago, and they have
been trying to cope with the loss in
their own way. In an attempt to get to
know their siblings, they end up
meeting in the place where it all
started. Together they piece together
the last few moments their siblings
shared, and realize that fate has a way
of putting things back together again.

Luna
Luna is Matthew’s little sister, she is
shy and loves spending time with
her older brother. (Young Luna
played by)
Teenage Luna, played by Isabela
Merced, is outgoing on the outside,
but many don’t see the pain she
hides behind her smile.
Caleb
Caleb is Nova’s younger brother, he loves to mess
with his older sibling, especially his sister. He loves
his sister Nova, and he looks up to her.
Teenage Caleb, played by Oscar Casas, is rebellious
and acts as if he doesn’t care much for his education.
In reality, he is a smart kid with outstanding grades
and a hard-working son.
Matthew is 22 years old, working on
becoming an engineer. In high school he
was a typical jock, he is friendly with
everyone. After high school he enlisted
in the military.

Nova is a 19 year old college student,


she dreams of becoming a pediatrician.
Nova is a shy and quiet girl, she lives in
her own bubble and enjoys keeping a
consistent routine.

• I picked Alfonso and Emmanuel for this film, because they have worked together before on a few films,
including two of my favorites, Solo Con Tu Pareja and Y Tu Mama Tambien.
