Consumers Response on the brand of elevator they used in their workplace

This table shows that out of twenty two (22) respondents, One (1) used Kone; Four (4)

used Otis; Seven (7) used Hyundai; Four (4) used Mitsubishi; while Five (5) answered that they

used other brands. With the result, introducing JDR Elevator and Equipment Services would be

viable to customers who used elevator in their workplace.

mentioned in choosing their elevator service provider. The study revealed that these are the
factors that JDR Elevator and Equipment Services need to focus and work with to gain

Out of twenty two (22) respondents, it showed that eleven (11) respondents allocate
P5,000.00-P5,300.00 in their current service provider; four (4) respondents allocate P5,400.00-
P5,800.00 in their current service provider; six (6) allocate P5,900.00-P6,300.00 in their current
service provider; And one (1) allocate P6,400.00 and above in their current service provider.
The result gave the owners an idea on what will be the pricing of the service.

Total population of buildings that used elevators: 140

1. 100% of the household population is willing to try.

2. The results of the survey shows that, out of 140 buildings that used elevators in Calamba City,
100% of them are willing try JDR Elevator and Equipment Services. (140 x 100% = 140)

3. Assume that out of 140 buildings who are willing to try, 80% of them have the capacity to try
JDR Elevator and Equipment Services. (140 x 80% = 112)
4. To get the demand each year for the service, multiply the total population 112 to 1, multiply
again by number of months which is 12, the assumption is 1,344.
a. It is 1 because according to the survey consumers have their elevator repair and maintenance
on a monthly basis. (See table __).
5. Assume that every year the population increases by 15%.
