Teaching Philosophy
The participant has developed a draft of teaching philosophy that is clear, concise, and reflective. The participant has
considered his or her own personal approach to teaching and precepting. *Starting in 2021, participants ARE REQUIRED to
submit a teaching philosophy to their mentor PRIOR to the midpoint.
Examples of Teaching
The participant has included teaching materials (handouts, cases, presentations) that reflect his or her teaching philosophy.
