Teaching Portfolio Midpoint Review

online form. Mentors will complete the online form by January 15th.

Teaching Philosophy
The participant has developed a draft of teaching philosophy that is clear, concise, and reflective. The participant has
considered his or her own personal approach to teaching and precepting. *Starting in 2021, participants ARE REQUIRED to
submit a teaching philosophy to their mentor PRIOR to the midpoint.

Kyle is still working on his portfolio as not all experiences have been completed. What has been completed
is well organized and he will have a polished final portfolio by the end of the year.

An updated teaching log shows completed didactic, small-group, and experiential educational opportunities. Has the
participant scheduled upcoming teaching experiences? Is the participant on path to meet the minimum requirements for
IPTeC?
