DUTES & FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

To rule out the complications & act accordingly.

Providing basic nursing care
Checks & Prepare the things & Instruments being used in the clinic.
Escort & Endorse the patient to be admitted to ICU.
Demonstration & guidance to student nurses & domestic staff
Supervision of domestic stuff
Participation in staff Education & Staff Meeting
Tallies total census par shift(with the receipt, record books
& doctor’s printout)
Correct recording of census in the daily patient census sheet to
be submitted to the supervisor together with the list of the
insured patient.
Recording of the total patients seen every shift per clinic in the
monthly census form.
Report instruments and machines not functioning to the proper
personal.
Attend training, seminar, conference and meeting to upgrade.
Observe proper behavior & positive attitude towards hospital
colleges & patient.
Inform immediately the head Nurse & Supervisor for any
unusual incident or complaint that occur.
Psychological support to patient and their facilities.
Preceptor to new staff.
Provide psychological support to minimize anxiety.
Calculation and Administration of drug sample collection.
