I am requesting funding for the City of Rochester’s Surveillance Video “Blue Light” Camera
Upgrade Project in fiscal year 2023.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the City of Rochester, located at 30 Church Street,
Rochester, NY 14614.

The funding would be used to upgrade the City’s existing blue light surveillance camera system,
which is monitored by the Rochester Police Department and crime analysts to help prevent and
identify violent crimes.
