Dear Chair DeLauro and Ranking Member Granger:

I am requesting funding for the Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater Rochester, Inc. in
fiscal year 2023.

The entity to receive funding for this project is the Willow Domestic Violence Center of Greater
Rochester, Inc., located at 693 East Avenue, Rochester, NY 14607.

The funding would be used to support trauma-informed, direct client services for survivors of
domestic violence in the Greater Rochester Community, including by expanding the Willow Crisis
& Support Hotline, providing funds to offset survivors’ out-of-pocket costs, and continuing
training of staff on best practices.
