next semester?
after completing my results and comparing them to my goals I have
realized that I have been improving compared to the beginning of the
semester which is why I will continue to the next semester to reach the
goals I have set for myself. I will continue to work on all four aspects,
running, forward trunk flexion, push-ups, and core endurance.
