Subject : New Program development for Eyecare Treatment

Dear Mr. Rakesh Mishra,

I am Mahesh from Sineflex Solutions writing in regards to the conversation that we had about
eye treatments and examination procedures using different programs which are accessible over
smart phones as well.
Since our last video conferencing meet dated 11 March 2022, we have failed to interact and
reach an understanding, thus halting the development phase for the program. If comfortable, I
would like to know the reason for the halt in our communication so that we can work on it for
any future business relations.
If we don’t get any reply by the end of the week, we would like to conclude our business
proposal for eye treatment program as we feel that we have put enough time and effort. We
would like to help you if you have any queries and hope we can work together in the future.
