Audio/visual problems:
We have discussed the potential issue of people walking in front of the camera and being in shot of our
video so what we will do is go at an off-peak time (around 2pm where people will be at work and
school). We will also do our shots when there aren’t lots of people walking past.
Weather conditions: We will mainly be filming inside but if it was to rain, there are shelters we could
stand under to protect the equipment. The weather itself wouldn’t be an issue to the look of the video
so it is just the equipment that we would need to take care of.
Continuity: We are filming there for one day only and the shots we are aiming for are highly unlikely to
change during the time we will be there. We will make sure to pay attention to our surrounding and re-
shoot any scenes that could change.
Electricity/Lighting issues: we won’t be needing any artificial light as we will be filming outside. Inside
the pier, there will be low light but we can find the right angles to get the best look.
Set dressing: We won’t need to change anything about the set as we want it to be as authentic as
possible.
Welfare: There will be places to purchase refreshments and people can bring their own. Toilets will be
available on the premises.
Parking/Public transport to location: there is paid parking and free parking around the area, along with
bus stops and a train station within walking distance.
Covid 19 restrictions: we will provide hand sanitizer and if people chose to, they could wear a mask
when not on camera and socially distance.
