 Precautions for using profile cutter and grinder
1. Please read the manual carefully before operation

2. Please use the power supply at the voltage and frequency specified on the

nameplate of the cutting machine and grinder. Before starting, you must have a

reliable ground. Before use, you must use a megohmmeter above 500 volts to

measure the insulation between live parts and the shell that the human body contacts

The resistance should be greater than 2 megohms.

3. Operators must be properly dressed and wear protective equipment.

4. It is strictly forbidden to use in flammable, explosive objects and gas, and it is

forbidden to use in humid places.

5. During operation: It is strictly forbidden for other personnel to be within ten

meters of the wheel alignment. The operator is not allowed to stand in the position

where the wheel is aligned; otherwise, the wheel may fly out and hurt people.

6. Before turning on the machine, turn the machine in the same direction as the

indicator.

7. It is forbidden to use grinding wheels that are damaged, damp, without a

production permit, and fail to reach the machine's marked line speed.

8. Turn on the machine for 10 minutes before turning it on. Make sure that the

machine can rotate flexibly, the grinding wheel starts smoothly, there is no noise, and

the protective device is sturdy.

9. When in use, balance them with force, and the workpiece and the grinding wheel

must not slam into each other, so as to prevent the grinding wheel from flying and

hurting.
10. The difference between the diameters of the two grinding wheels of the grinding

machine is greater than 15%. The grinding wheel should be replaced. The distance

between the working bracket and the grinding wheel should not be greater than 2mm.

11. When using a multi-functional cutting machine to cut on the board, the board's

cutting seam and the sand sheet should be aligned in a straight line to grasp the

balance of the machine, and evenly force the hook to move slowly. After cutting, lift

the wheel out of the work piece, and then stop.

12. When replacing the grinding wheel, you must cut off the power supply, check that

the grinding wheel is not cracked, tap the grinding wheel with a mallet, and make a

crisp sound before use.

13. When the machine is in use, if it is found that the motor has abnormal sound, heat

or abnormal odor, it should be shut down and inspected immediately before

troubleshooting.

14. The working system of the motor adopts S2 30min, that is, continuous working

for 30 minutes. It should be stopped and cooled before use, otherwise it is easy to

damage the motor winding, the insulation level of the motor is B, and the allowable

appreciation is 90K. Therefore, it is normal for the temperature rise value to be less

than 90 ° C during operation.

15. The lubricating grease of the bearing shall be changed every six months and

repaired once a year. During the overhaul, the machine shall be completely

disassembled. After the disassembly and repair, the coil shall be confirmed to be free

of short circuit, and the screw shall be fastened. It can only be used after the machine

is started for 30 minutes and operates normally.

16. Use the power cord correctly, the size of which matches the power of the machine.

Press the wire firmly. When the machine is stopped, turn off the power switch.

I. Overview
Grinders are mainly used for the grinding of knives and cutting tools, as well as

grinding, deburring and cleaning parts. Widely used in industrial and mining

enterprises, repair industry, etc.

The grinder can be used in areas where the altitude does not exceed 1000 meters, the

relative humidity of the surrounding air is not greater than 95%, and the maximum

ambient temperature does not exceed + 40 ° C.

This machine uses a bag to remove dust. The dust removal efficiency can reach more

than 98%, and the dust concentration is less than 10 mg / m3, which complies with

relevant national regulations. Using this machine can improve the working

environment of the operator.

The grinder is not resistant to chemical corrosion and cannot be exposed to outdoor

use.

Grinders use dust bags to remove dust. When dust is more and more absorbed in the

dust bag, it will affect the air intake of the fan. Therefore, the front door should be

opened regularly to remove the dust bag and purge the dust in the bag.

1. In order to keep your grinding machine in good working condition for a long time,

and to enable you to operate and maintain the grinding machine correctly, please read

2. Idle the machine for 10 minutes before turning it on. Make sure that the grinder

rotates flexibly and the grinding wheel start-up protection device is firm before use.
3. For grinders above 200mm, the outer circle of the grinder must be corrected to

reduce vibration before use.
