CNC machine safety operation

This manual describes aware of safety considerations engraving

machine when using it, please read the manual carefully to avoid

personal injury and damage to the machine.

First, CNC engraving machines use basic precautions

l. Machine should be fixed on a stable ground, adjust the machine avoid

shaking and remain horizontal.

2. Connected to the machine wire to ground firmly.

3. Be careful not to place obstacles around the machine, work space

should be large enough.

4. Engraving machine is high speed machining equipment, its speed up to

24000RPM, so the operator must wear clothes, work wear hats, gloves

prohibited.

5. When the machine is working, staff and machines should keep certain

distance.

6.When troubleshooting, It should cut power off to operate.

7.To avoid lighting storm work to prevent the risk of long-range electric

shock caused by lightning.

Second,Preparation work before use.

1. Machine need warm up before work then check the lubrication system,
such as the machine does not start for a long time, can be manually each

part of the lubrication; After adding the oil slowly back and forth, to

ensure lubrication oil can be uniformly applied to the rail and screw.

2. Due to low temperatures, can be both the rail and screw add oil, plus

the best antifreeze oil. Twice a month refueling cycle

3. Before the process of engraving must check that the spindle cooling

and lubrication systems (oil pump) is working properly or not.

4.The tool used should be consistent with the specifications of the

machine allows, about seriously damaged the tool should replaced.

5. Don’t stay the tool inside machine.

6.After the tool installed should be test cut one or two times.

7. Check the working status of the clamping chuck.

8.Workpiece clamping, must follow the "real loaded, installed flat, fitted

Third, the process of security precautions

1. Prohibits touch the tip and iron, iron must use a brush to clean.

2. Prohibit contact with your hands or any other means is rotating spindle,

workpiece or other moving parts.

3.Prohibition-process measurement of the workpiece, the speed, but can

not wipe the piece with cotton yarn, can not clean the machine.

4. Operation of the machine, the operator may not leave their posts

immediately stop the machine abnormal phenomenon.

5.Always check the bearing temperature is too high should find the

relevant personnel.

6. During the process, not allowed to open the machine guard doors.

7. Strict compliance with personal responsibility, the use of the machine


by hand, others use must consent.

8. Its prohibited on the beam and put the machine baffle anything to avoid

falling injury.

9. During operation on the machine is prohibited lie, but not allowed to

sit or lean on the machine frame.

Fourth, note after the work

1. Remove the chips, clean the machine, keep the machine and the

environment clean.

2. Check the oil, coolant, state, add or replace timely.

3. Turn off the power and total power on the machine operator panel.

4.Its strictly prohibited to beat the chuck when unloading cutter beat.

5.To turn off the power to the machine processing is completed, the

workpiece inspection, clean up the industry, measuring tools, cleaning

machines and floor.

6.Regular cleaning industrial containers, when the biggest killer dust

board. Regular cleaning of the screw, to prevent sticking a foreign body,

it is important to screw the screw in the machine,it determines the

accuracy of the machine, and screw in the transmission process also plays

an important role.

Fifth, the spindle safety precautions

1.All cleaning of the spindle, maintenance and repair work must make

sure the spindle is completely stopped.


2.Spindle mounted on the machine must have security guards, or

high-speed rotating components may be injury the human body.

3.The electro-spindle high-speed rotation of the process do not make

contact with the rotating part of the spindle arm, otherwise it will cause

injury.

4. Spindle operators do not wear loose or hanging clothing (eg tie,

wide-sleeved clothes), Ms. Must pull a hair.

5. Please use the specified spindle shank, it may damage the spindle

broach mechanism and the handle may be thrown injury.

6. Spindle need regular maintenance in accordance with the manual, or

they may cause mechanical failure and damage, and shorten the life of

electric spindle.

7.Life and speed of spindle is inversely proportional.

Six,safe handling machine

1. Do not hot-swappable and computer data lines connected

2.Can not plug or unplug the cable cartridge

3. The computer and the machine should connect earth wire to prevent

interference.

4.With the user to pre-program a backup to prevent loss.

5.The machine does not work long-term, you should turn off the machine

power.
