Welcome to the small bag series automatic packaging machine. Before

using the packaging machine, please be familiar with the contents of this

User's Guide. It will help you understand the basic performance, structure,

operation and maintenance of the packaging machine so that you can use

Small bag series vertical packaging machine can complete

three-side sealing, four-side sealing, back sealing, and different shape

pocket shape, which can quantitatively package granular, powdery,

liquid/paste materials.

Install
The machine is fully commissioned before leaving the factory, and is shipped after the overall

boxing. After the work site, there is no need to carry out excessive assembly, but the fastening

bolts and nuts may be loosened due to vibration during transportation, etc. Therefore, it is

necessary to check the machine after unpacking, and all the loose nuts are tightened.

一、 The machine should be installed in a place where the ground is flat and there

is no severe vibration, and the sunlight should be directly exposed to the lens

of the photoelectric switch to avoid malfunction. There should be some space

around the machine for easy operation and maintenance.

二、 The normal power supply of the machine is AC 380V/50HZ, three-phase

four-wire system (must be connected to the neutral line), the power supply

voltage can not be lower than the standard voltage 90% or higher than the

standard voltage 110%, the power supply voltage fluctuation is too large or

can not meet The machine is used in the required area, please order special,

special transformer or AC voltage regulator to ensure the normal operation of

the machine.

三、 The neutral wire and the ground wire cannot be mixed. Please connect
a ground wire in the power plug to zero reliably, and the grounding
terminal in the power box is reliably grounded to ensure the safety of
the machine and personnel.
四、 Before the machine is connected to the power, press the clutch handle to

disengage the tray and turn the tray counterclockwise for one week to ensure

that the door position is not stuck. Loosen the clutch handle to close the tray,

and pull the main motor belt by hand to make the spindle rotate clockwise to

confirm that there is no stuck, collision and interference in each moving part.

五、 After the machine is powered on, first check the direction of motor
rotation, turn on the power and press the start switch. When viewed
from the front of the machine, the conveyor belt should rotate
counterclockwise. If the direction is not correct, turn off the power to
the machine and re-adjust the power supply phase sequence.

Install the packaging film between the two paper rollers, mount it on
the film holder, and align the film roll with the former, then tighten the
handle, and pay attention to the front side of the film. After starting the
machine, adjust the pressure according to the paper feeding condition
to ensure normal film supply.

Running screen

Fixed length mode / color mark mode:

The fixed length mode is used to pull the fixed length of the bag, and the length is set to the length of the

bag in the input frame; when the color code mode is switched, the film pull wheel pulls the bag until the

photoelectric detection of the color code signal stops the film, the color code mode The length of the lower

Number of connected bags: If the function has a connected cylinder, you can set multiple packages to cut off.

Bag length: Set the length of the bag in millimeters. If the color code is detected, please set the distance of the
bag more than 2 color points.
Bag length factor: The bag length factor cannot be 0. Scale up or reduce the bag length to achieve the bag
length value close to the target.
Pull film acceleration and deceleration time: By setting this parameter, the film is started and the stop is more
stable (100-800).
Vibration delay: The film photoelectric signal is the starting point of the delay, and the vibration starts after the

Vibration time: How long the vibration stops after the vibration delay.

Cutter delay: The film photoelectric signal is the starting point of the delay, and the knife action starts after

machine.
Unloading weight: Adjust the number of turns of the stepping motor to adjust the weight.

Adjust
一、Set the heat seal temperature
Turn on the power switch and set the heat sealing temperature on the
horizontal seal and vertical seal temperature controller according to
the materials used.

The determination of the sealing temperature is closely related to the type, thickness,

packaging speed and sealing pressure of the packaging material. Therefore, when setting the

temperature, it should be considered comprehensively according to the above factors. Usually,

the influence of the traction roller on the sealing strength and the influence of the material to

be wrapped are taken into consideration. The temperature of the longitudinal seal should be

about 10 °C lower than the horizontal seal setting. The principle of setting the sealing

temperature is: after sealing, the packaging bag is flat and does not deform. The seal is flat

and the lines are clear.

二、Feeding Film

When the traction wheel pulls down the packaging bag, the film on the cross arm
drives the control rod to move upward, forcing the control rod to leave the proximity
switch, and the control circuit is turned on, and the film feeding motor drives the
rubber sleeve shaft to move, which will be clamped in the adjusting roller and The
film between the rubber sleeve shafts is sent downward, and the control rod falls due
to its own weight. When the control is close to the proximity switch, the control
circuit is cut off, the film supply motor stops running, and a film feeding process is
completed. This cycle automatically completes the entire process of film supply.
Adjustment: The up and down movement of the control rod must be horizontal.

The adjustment screws at the outer ends of the left and right cross arms must be
adjusted to make the pressure between the adjustment roller and the two rubber
sleeves consistent.

三、Bag former adjustment

After being folded by the former, the film is heat sealed by longitudinal sealing, and then

enters between the traction wheels to complete the vertical sealing and pulling the bag. It is an

important part of the bag making process. The ideal shape of the former should be: "centered,

flat left and right, straight front and rear." Loosen the adjusting screw after the test package,

move the former to the best position before, after, and to the left and right, and then tighten

the adjusting screw.

The front and rear positions of the former should be such that the formed packaging bags

are aligned on both sides of the traction roller, and the longitudinal sealing edge is about 1

mm wider than the front and rear of the traction wheel. If the package has a wrong edge after

sealing, move the mold laterally to the side with the wrong side, and adjust until the two sides

of the film are aligned.

四、Vertical pressure adjustment

In the state where there is no power supply, the initial adjustment is made, and
the transmission belt is pulled by hand to make the middle seal arm at the highest
point of the cam, so that the left and right heat seal blocks are completely closed. (See
above right) Loosen the left heat seal fastening screw so that the vertical cover is in
the middle of the two traction wheels, then tighten the screws, then align the right heat
seal to the right heat seal, through the vertical seal adjustment screw The horizontal
sealing screw is used to compact and flatten the silicone heat sealing pad. When the
screw is rotated clockwise, the pressure increases, and the pressure is reduced when

the screw is rotated counterclockwise. The longitudinal sealing and the transverse
sealing of the machine are integrated, and the vertical sealing is increased (or reduced).
When the pressure is applied, the horizontal sealing pressure will also be affected.
Therefore, it is necessary to be patient when adjusting. After the adjustment, tighten
the screws to fix the right heat sealing block and tighten the locking nuts of all
adjusting screws. At this time, the sealing surface of the left and right heat seals
should coincide with the center line of the former.
Turn on the power, turn on the heating tube, and seal several bags in a row.
Observe whether the vertical and horizontal seals of the package are tightly sealed,
flat, whether the lines are clear, whether the seal is stable, and whether there is any
abnormality such as impact. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it again as
described above until the requirements are met.
When the power supply is not energized, the drive belt is pulled by hand, and the
left and right heat seal bodies are completely closed. At this time, the closing surface
of the left and right heat seal block should coincide with the center line of the former,
and there is no gap between the hot cover. If there is a gap between the hot cover, the
lock nut of the upper and lower adjustment screws of the right heat seal block should
be loose. Open, turn the nut clockwise to reduce the gap and increase the pressure;
otherwise, the pressure is reduced until the hot cover is completely fitted up and down.
Finally tighten the lock nut.
Loosen the fastening screws on the left and right rocker arms. The longitudinal
seal can be adjusted in the front and rear position of the rocker arm. After the
adjustment, tighten the screws.
Turn on the power, turn on the heating sheet, and seal several bags in
succession. Observe whether the vertical seal of the packaging bag is tightly sealed,
flat, stable during sealing, and there is no abnormality such as impact. If it does not
meet the requirements, adjust it again as described above until the requirements are
met.
(3) Horizontal seal pressure adjustment, the sealing pressure of the model has
been adjusted before leaving the factory, no need to adjust.

Steps:
(1) Fix the photoelectric switch so that the distance check meets the
requirements. According to the wrapping paper you are using, refer to
the light source selection guide table below to determine the light
source of the switch (taking green as an example).
(2) Move the wrapper so that the spotlight falls on the back area behind
the mark, turn the sensitivity back to the end, and then rotate it
clockwise until the indicator light is just right, remembering the
position of the potentiometer as shown in point A).
(3) Move the wrapper again so that the spotlight falls to the center of the
mark. At this time, the indicator light should be on, then slowly rotate
the adjustment knob counterclockwise until the indicator light just
turns off. Remember that the knob position at this time is as shown in
point B of Figure (2).
(4) After correctly completing the above two steps, set the potentiometer
knob to the middle C position between the two points A and B, as
shown in Figure (3). The greater the distance between the two points
A and B, the larger the chromatic aberration and the more stable the

detection. However, there should be at least one grid distance between
A and B, otherwise the detection will be unstable.
Adjust the photoelectricity to meet the conditions:

1, set the length of the bag and the length of the bag in the fixed length mode bag, greater than

the distance of 2 color points.

2, the film color code has a flashing action when passing through the aperture of the color code

photoelectric.

3, in the color standard mode to make bags, adjust the color code photoelectric front and rear

distance to reach the standard bag type.

Bag adjustment
(1) Timing adjustment of bagging
When the longitudinal seal heat seal block has been separated and the cutter tends to
the maximum open position, the traction wheel rotates to start pulling the bag to the
correct pull bag timing. The adjustment method is implemented by adjusting the
relative position of the drive shaft pull-up bag signal cam and the proximity switch.

In the cutter under the numerical control state, place the cutter blade on the
center of the cross-sealing roadway 2-3 integral multiple of the set bag length or the
photoelectric bag mark, as shown in the figure L=(2—3)l, for example : Set the bag
length l=80mm, the distance between the cutter and the center of the horizontal seal is
L=160mm or 240mm.

Pneumatic flat cutter position adjustment

(1) Cursor bag length adjustment: position the color of the bag in the middle of the
seal (cut at the cutting edge), move the photoelectric switch, and make the light spot
at any color mark (conventional bag size: 10mm*5mm) , the color is black) fixed
photoelectric switch in the middle, start running, if found the cutter is cut above the
bag mark. Then adjust the photoelectric switch upwards, and vice versa, adjust the
position of the photoelectric switch until the cutter is cut in the middle of the bag.
(Note: Due to the control features of this machine, the width of the color bag can not
be less than 3mm).
Since the cutter of this type is installed in the horizontal seal heat seal block, the
package bag is cut off when the contract is completed, and no adjustment is needed. If
the cutter does not need to be properly cut or the blade needs to be adjusted after
grinding, please loosen the fastening screw of the knife holder, move the knife holder
to align the cutting edge of the cutter with the front of the heat seal block, and then

tighten the fastening screw on the knife holder. Just fine.
七,Particle measuring and measuring
After the empty bag is adjusted, the filling measurement can be adjusted.
The correct timing of blanking is: after the two heat seals are closed, the material falls,
and the traction rollers are opened before the bag is pulled. This will avoid the
phenomenon of
cross-sealing.

Weight adjustment: Loosen the screw plate above the measuring cup adjustment seat,
adjust the upper and lower positions of the measuring cup adjustment seat, increase
and decrease the target weight
Door opening adjustment: adjust the position of the door and adjust the front and rear
position.

1、 Timing adjustment of blanking: When the two heat seals are just
closed, loosen the pinion fastening screw on the main drive shaft, move the pinion
to disengage from the large gear, loosen the clutch lever, and slide the clutch in the
spring. Press the fixed clutch under the action, turn the large gear counterclockwise,
fully engage the upper and lower clutches, continue to rotate the large gear and pay
attention to observe the opening state of the material door on the lower feeding plate.
When the cutting is opened about 1/3, the pinion will be turned at this time. Engage
with the large gear and fix the pinion.
2、 The test bag is fed into the hopper to observe whether the actual
blanking position is correct. If the material falls outside the former, the position of
the door opening lever and the door closing lever should be readjusted to control the
time of opening and closing the door.
3、 Adjustment of the discharge amount in the tray:
After the timing of blanking is adjusted correctly, the material can be
added to the hopper and run continuously. At this time, attention should be
paid to the stocking situation in the loading tray. If the material in the tray
is insufficient, the measuring cup cannot fill the material. At this time,
adjust the discharge door knob to move the discharge door up and increase
the discharge amount. If there is too much material in the tray overflowing
the scraper, the discharge door should be moved down to reduce the
discharge amount.

4 Adjustment of packaging quantity


Check whether the actual weight of the material in the bag meets the requirements. If
it does not meet the requirements, you need to adjust the capacity of the measuring
cup. Loosen the locking back cap on the adjusting screw on the lowering tray, turn the
adjusting nut clockwise, the volume of the rising cup of the lowering tray is reduced,
and the packing amount is reduced. On the contrary, the weight is increased, and after
the adjustment is made, the locking back cap is tightened.

maintenance
一、 lubrication
1. Timing is given to each gear, with bearing, and the moving parts are lubricated
with oil, once per shift.
2. The speed reducer is strictly forbidden to run without oil. After the first
operation for 300 hours, clean the inside of the reducer and replace it with new
oil. After that, change the oil every 2,500 hours.
3. When filling the lubricating oil, please be careful not to drip the oil on the
transmission belt to prevent slipping or premature aging of the belt.
