Note:-
1. Projects of Area Development Schemc(ADS), Local Arca Plan(LAP), Land Pooling Scheme shall he taken under the framework of Patna
Master Plan
2031, BUPD ACT 2012, BUPD Rule 2014, policy and guidelines issued by PMAA and ll D&HD Bihar.
2. Above professionals shall be hired for implementation of above mentioned pro,jects for a period of 10 months purely on Contract Basis, Senior
Planner
and Senior Urban Designer sh11ll act as Team Leader for assigned projects. After 10 months, the contract period may be extended further
depending on
requirement and satisfactory performance of the candidate.
3. Patna is selected for Local Arca Plan/ Town Planning Scheme under "Pilot on Formulation of Local Area Plan (LAP) & Town Planning Scheme
(TPS)"
of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (Govt. of India).
4. CEPT University, Ahmedabad and HT Roorkee have been associated with Patna Metropolitan Area Authority for preparation of "Area
Development
Scheme" and "Zonal Development Plan" in Patna Master Plan Area.
5. Above Tea m of Professiona l and Technical Persons shall work in close coordination with Patna Metropolitan Area Authority/UD&HD
