The attention of all th'e Cornrnissloners of Urban Local Bodies in the State
are invited to the subject cited, they are aware that, the APMDP has taken up
Digital Door Numbering of all Buildings in all ULBs in AP along wlth RDUS and
base map preparation duly following procedures. As such there is a need to
issue comprehensive Guidel1hes for assi·gning the Digital Door Nu_mbers to the
Properties in the Municipalities and Mun1eipal Corporations in the State of AP.

2. In the reference cited, G0vernment have approved and issued the


Guidelines for Digital Door Numbering for Urban Local Bodies in the State of
Andhra Praqesh.

3. Therefore, while enclosinq herewith a copy of the G.'CLMs.No.232, MA&UD


(UBS) Dept., dated.26.08.20'19 together with Guidelines for Digital Door
Numbering, all the Commissioners of lJLBs in the State are hereby instructed to
follow the said Guidelines scrupulously, withoutfail.

4. All the RDMAs are requested to closely monitor the work for Door
Numbering for Urban Local Bodies in their Jurisdiction regularly till completion of
the work, without fall,

5.. The Director of Town & Country Planning, AP, Guntur Is requested to
issue necessary instructlcns to all Town Planning Officers of ULBs in the State to
follow the gLJidelines and monitor the door numbering till .cornpletton without fail.

6. Any deviatrons noticed lrr this regard will be viewed seriously and
necessary action Will be initiated against the responsible officials as per APCS
(CCA): Rules, 199i.
