Q10: Why do you know Thessa Noreen Collados?

A10: I have known her since I was ten years old. We met in
badminton and volleyball games in our place and since then we
became friends. We treat each other like siblings. In 2019, I
started working for her in her own business.

Q11: What is the business of Thessa Noreen Collados?

A11: She has an online selling business, the Seafarer’s Closers. She
sells sporting goods and other items on Facebook.

Q12: What was your responsibilities when you worked for her?
A12: I handled the social media account of her business and I also
sell online.

Q13: How was the business doing that time?

A13: The business was doing good. We made a lot of sales. Ate
Tisay is a good business woman. She is very hardworking.

Q14: How long did you work for Thessa Noreen for her online
business?
A14: Around seven months. I had to stop because of a family
problem.

Q15: What happened after you stopped working for Thessa Noreen?
A15: After a few months, in 2020, we saw each other in a volleyball
court in Bansalan. She told me that she will open a milk tea
house and she again asked me to work for her.

Q16: What was your response?

A16: I said yes because I love working with Ate Tisay.

Q17: Where was the milk tea shop located?

A17: In Curdava, Bansalan. In the house of her aunt Ferlie. But
there was a time that we transferred the location in the house
of Ate Tisay at Rose Street, Brgy. Poblacion Dos, Bansalan.

A19: Yes. She is the mother of Ate Tisay.

Q20: What are the things that you were able to observe during the
time that you were working in the milk tea house?
A20: I was usually left alone in the milk tea house because Ate Tisay
was very busy buying items for the online shop. The mother of
Ate Tisay, always asked me to prepare three to five cups of
milk tea. But she was not paying. She would the give the
milktea to her boyfriend and always gave him a small envelope.
Ate Tisay had to close the milk tea house because of losses.

Q21: What was the reaction of Thessa Noreen when her mother gets
milktea without paying?
A21: She did not know about it. Ate Tisay’s mother instructed me
not to tell Ate Tisay. I did not tell Ate Tisay because I was
afraid that they might quarrel.

Q22: How was your relationship with Thessa Noreen’s mother?

A22: It was good. There was a time that we became close
especially when I became their house helper. When the milk
tea house was closed, I continued working for Ate Tisay as
their house helper.

Q23: Why do you say that you and Thessa Noreen’s mother were
close?
A23: We always talk and she would share things to about her
boyfriend. She would also ask me to go with her in the grocery
to buy food and items for her boyfriend. She will then ask me
to bring her to Wendy’s, a resort in Bansalan, where she would
be fetched by her boyfriend. She would always remind me not
to tell Ate Tisay about it.

Q24: Do you know who is her boyfriend?

A24: Yes. He is a friend of my stepfather. He is also my neighbor.
I saw Ate Tisay’s mother and her boyfriend several times in our
place.

Q25: What was the reaction of Thessa Noreen when her mother
buys groceries for her boyfriend?
A25: She did not know about it. I did not tell her because at first, I
did not see anything wrong about it. Ate Tisay’s mother is a
widow and I thought that it was okay for her to have a
boyfriend. But there came a time that I felt that there was
something wrong already.
Q26: What made you feel that there was already something wrong?
A26: When Ate Tisay was not in the house, her mother’s boyfriend
would usually come over. Ate Tisay’s mother would then hand
him money usually P 1, 000.00. I saw her give money to her
boyfriend a lot of times. Until Ate Tisay already noticed the
shortages in the income from their financing business.

Q27: What happened next, if there was any?

A27: Sometime in April 2021, Ate Tisay confronted her mother about
the shortages in the income but her mother just denied. Then
one day, Ate Tisay’s mother asked me to deliver money,
around 39 to 40 thousand pesos to her sister Ferlie. She told
me not to tell Ate Tisay.

Q28: What did you do with the money?

A28: I gave the money to her sister Ferlie in Curdava, Bansalan.
Ferlie then told me that Ate Tisay’s mother was planning to
leave the house and that I should not tell Ate Tisay about the
money that I gave her.

Q29: What did you do with what Ferlie told you, if you did any?
A29: I decided to tell Ate Tisay about it.

Q30: What happened next, if there was any?

A30: Ate Tisay and her brother Duke talked to their mother. Her
mother left the house on April 26, 2021. I confirmed what
Ferlie told me. It is true that Ate Tisay mother was really
planning to leave the house.

Q31: Who accompanied Thessa Noreen when her mother left the
house on April 26, 2021?
A31: Her brother, Duke. I also stayed with her because felt sorry for
her especially when Ferlie went to the house and shouted at
her.

Q32: When did Ferlie shouted at Thessa Noreen?

A32: Sometime in May 2021. She went directly inside the house
without even knocking. She then started to shout at Ate Tisay.
She said that Ate Tisay’s mother will only go home if she will be
the one to manage all the businesses.

Q33: What was Thessa Noreen’s reaction?

A33: She was very shocked. She cried very hard when Ferlie left.
