1. How is supply chain management being practiced in floricultural industry in Ethiopassion

Agro PLC?
2. What are the major factors affecting the supply chain management performance of the
Ethiopassion Agro PLC?
3. What is the determinant of supply chain performance of floriculture industry
(Ethiopassion Agro PLC)?

Objectives of the study

Based on the question above, research will have the following objectives.

1.1.1 General objective

The main objective of this study is to assess factor that affecting the supply chain management
performance Ethiopassion Agro PLC.

1.1.2 Specific objectives

The following are specific objectives of the studies

 To assess the supply chain management practice of floricultural products in Ethiopassion

 To examine the supply chain management performance of floriculture industry in

 To identify the major determinants of supply chain management performance in

Hypothesis of the study

H1. The environmental uncertainty has a negative correlation with supply chain management
performance

H2. Therefore the information communication technology has a positive correlation with supply
chain management performance
