CAREER OBJECTIVES

Aspiring to be a part of dynamic pharma management team contributing to the organization’s exponential

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 To adhere to SOPs to implement cGMP during manufacturing

 Online documentation i.e. BMR and supportive documents etc.
 Initiation of change control, deviation.
 Preparation of BMR and SOPs.
 Handling of weighing balances & moisture analyzer calibrations and verifications.
 Ensure to understand and work in accordance with organizational goals.
 Handling of validation batches.
 Continuous training of production personnel to improve their competitiveness.
 Work distribution to sub-ordinates.
 Actively participate with Audit preparation and face audit as per the responsibility of job.
 Co-ordination with Maintenance, QA, QC and Raw Materials Stores for smooth departmental
functioning.
 Prepare documents and reports regarding to manufacturing critical process parameters.
 Completing production schedule as per the plan with optimum utilization of resources (Man, Machine
and Materials) to get maximum yield.

 Vial filling machine, Auto clave.

 Granulation-RMG, FBD, BLENDER.
 Coating: Neocota (24,36,48 inches)
