A reference account is an early customer of a company's product who is willing to provide feedback on his or her experience with the product. In order to get reference accounts, new businesses must frequently give their product for free or at a reduced price to an initial group of customers in exchange for their readiness to try the product and provide feedback. Because the potential consumer is afraid of purchasing expensive products or luxury items because they are expensive, the reference account tries the product in a small group and sells it at a discounted price. While beta process, with the word itself, it is the process of customer using the product within a certain audience before launching the final product and provide feedback about it. This will provide the business to uncover issues with the product as well as their usefulness with the customer. 2. If you are the Marketing Manager, how will you market your products/services to your potential customer? As a Marketing Manager, there are lot of ways in marketing a product/service. As for me, social media influences a lot of people, millions of people uses social media as a source of information and communication throughout the world. Thus, it could benefit me if I were to market my product through social media. By making a website that is easy to access and provide information about my business and especially the products/services that we offer. In addition, offering exclusive preview of the product to customer for them to acknowledge the product that is being marketed. But before that, it will take a lot of research and analysis in order to market the product. By creating a product marketing strategy this will market the product more efficient and effectively to the right potential customers.
3. Explain Entrepreneurial Sales Management based on your own
understanding. How it can help for every organization? From what I understand, Entrepreneurial Sales Management is a is the process of developing a sales force, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow a business to consistently hit, and even surpass, its sales targets. Aside from assisting your firm in meeting its sales goals, a sales management system allows you to keep in touch with your industry as it evolves, and can mean the difference between survival and thriving in an increasingly competitive environment. An effective sales management process will encompass lead and opportunity management, sales forecasting, and reporting and management techniques that empower sales representatives to meet and surpass their targets. Thus, effective entrepreneurial sales management provide benefits such as; increased sales revenue and profitability; improved sales forecast reliability, thereby reducing revenue variability; better satisfaction and loyalty both from customers and staff; reduced staff turnover and therefore reduced recruitment and retention costs; and increased productivity per staff member.
