Plan on how to improve physical fitness level


First you must do the following:
Take a sleep (7-8 hours per night) Eat healthy foods (balanced diet)

Take stretching before and after bedtime Drink plenty of water

Do household chores

Choosing activities that you enjoy.

Jogging (every Saturday) Zumba (every Wednesday)

Consider your fitness goal.


Workouts (every Monday and Thursday)

Jumping Jack Squats

High Stepping Butt Bridge

Butt Kicks Leg Raises
