Adjust your seat to the upright position with armrest down and tray tables
closed…….sound..

Your life jacket under your seat, put your life jacket on now!!!!!!!
The life jacket slips over your head, the tapes are passed around your waist.
Each life jacket is equipped with a light & whittles for attracting attention.
When leaving the aircraft put the red toggle sharply downwards.
The jacket may also be re-inflated by blowing to the rubber tube
Remember do not pull the red tag until you leave the aircraft.
Insure, your seatbelts are fasten tightely…..sound…………….
Only when you heard command brace brace take up the following position
Lean forward, place your head between your knees with hands over your head,
Or cross your arms against the seat infront of you and lean on them.
Remain in this position until the aircraft stops completely. Cabin crew plzz
check for compliance…

Await the cabin crew member instructions, you may seat upright now.
Locate the nearest exit to you, be aware that this exits could be behind you.
