MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This deed entered into by and between the Schools Division of Tanjay
City, represented by CASA MARIE LEARNING INSTITUTE, INC., , of Tanjay
City, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Hereinafter referred as the SCHOOL.
-and-
Pastry De Marie, Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Philippines, hereafter
referred to as Industry partner.
WITHNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the SCHOOL is in need of a industry partner for OJT and
educational purposes.
WHEREAS, the INDUSTRY offers to provide slots for OJT’S and the SCHOOL is
willing to give OJT rendered.
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing and the mutual
covenants hereinafter set forth, the SCHOOL and the INDUSTRY have agreed
to enter into this agreement subject to the following terms and conditions, to
wit-
A. SERVICES:

1. That this contract shall take effect the moment the herein parties agree
that the SCHOOL already has approved documents.
2. That the term of the contract shall be for one (1) month prior to the
termination of the contract.
3. The provider shall have the right to pre-terminate the contract.
4. That the SCHOOL through its School Head/Principal shall sign all the
papers needed by the OJT’S to support his/her claim for the termination
of contract.
5. That upon termination of contract, it is understood by the parties that
the OJT’S shall exclusively belong to the SCHOOL and INDUSTRY
practice.
