HOLISTIC HEALING CENTRE

INTRODUCTION OF THE TOPIC :

Holistic living offers a balance in life and helps us to attain inner peace and motivation . The
holistic healing centre is a sacred space for self transformation, where people can dedicate time
towards inner growth mentally , spiritually as well as physically. India is a treasure of vedic
science and knowledge. The four paths of yoga help us to transform and be a better version of
ourselves through energy, knowledge, action, and bhakti. It motivates us to have a positive
impact in our society which makes us more human.

AIM

To design a healing centre which deals with all the aspects of self transformation and inner
management by different approaches and techniques of yoga and meditation.

OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the proposal is :

To promote Yoga and meditation in a modern form of therapy in a short span of time.
To promote Ayurveda and naturopathy.
To provide an affordable solution for lost and depressed people.
To provide spaces which promote self-healing and peace.
To promote sustainable living as a lifestyle.
To uplift local employment and education about Vedic way of life.

SCOPE AND LIMITATION

People nowadays are so busy with their fast paced lives and jobs that they hardly get the time
and place to think about mental and spiritual growth. Most of them are facing relationship
problems, depression and anxiety because power yoga, zumba, gyms can only deals with
physical development. This kind of weekend getaway has a lot of scope in terms of having and
social impact as well as revenue generation.

There are resorts and spa retreats which comeS with a heavy price tag and are not fully
dedicated to inner management but only to the materialistic luxury market.

IMPORTANT CONCERNS

Yoga and meditation as laymen sees it are different postures to hold while concentrating
silently. This stereotype has to be changed by making the centre architecturally interesting.
