After a long struggle and contemplation, I found that my ultimate goal in life is

to make a difference in peoples lives. There are many means to do that but I want
to achieve this goal entrepreneurialy.
I have been working in the agro economic and logistics industry for this same
reason because
here I got to work with people on the grassroot level in villages and as we know
that 65% of our population is in rural areas, so working with the rural population
was a great oppertunity to reach out to a large number of people.
It really helped me to connect with the farmers and learn the dynamics of this
industry.
I feel MBA can give me a platform to learn some skills which would help me to
create a business model to connect the sustainability, ecological and economic
aspects of the farmers at the same level and I strongly feel that SRCC being an
elite management school can provide me this platform.

I have learnt how to create and manage a cluster of farmers as big as 10,000 in
number. It has helped me to learn the dynamics of working in rural areas.
Learning how to empower farmers and convince them of being a part of an end to end
solution , benefitting the farmers as well as the consumers was an altogether a
different experience. The consequence of it is that they are
economically,ecologically and socially stable.
