SUBJECT : Submission of Indicative Project Procurement Management Plan

(PPMP) for FY 2023

In relation to National Budget Memorandum No. 142 s. 2022 entitled “National Budget
Call for F.Y. 2023”, all heads of offices for procuring units are hereby requested to submit
their respective indicative PPMP to the Budget Office for review on or before 25th day of
March 2022, using the format prescribed attached.

The indicative PPMPs shall be evaluated in order to ensure consistency with the unit’s
budget and compliance with existing budgeting rules. Attached are as follows (1) Notice if
Allocation (Budget Ceiling) – Annex A; (2) Indicative PPMP Form- Annex B; and (3)
sample PPMP Form- Annex C, for your reference.

submission at budget@dssc.edu.ph on the designated date aforementioned.
