JOB ORDER
(with Individual)
FUNCTIONS:
Undergo orientation to be conducted by TMTD, before the conduct of the online training.
Prepare and set-up resources to be used for the online training/webinar (smartphone/laptop/desktop).
Manage and install necessary applications to the smartphone/laptop/desktop to be used in the online training course such as
creation of FCAs email, Facebook account, zoom application and Google forms.
Assist the participants on the online registration and filling out of forms and Pre-Test/Post-Test during the online
training/webinar.
Operate, troubleshooting and manage the smartphone/laptop/desktop and other resources while on the period of the online
session for continuous, wifi connectivity
Assist participants in the online chat or meeting room and or must be connected to the live streaming, five minutes before the
online session start.
Serve as moderator of the online/ live forum, question and answer portion of the course.
Handle one FCA or two participants in the whole duration of the online training/webinar.
