INDIVIDUAL QUICKLY FREEZER (IQF)
Products have been taking to freezing room by belt, going
through areas having cold blast that blow constantly with
high speed on the surface of products and the back of the belt
during freezing room’s length. The blast is designed basing on
COANDA effect, this effect makes cold blast contacting and
creating a thin ice layer which enclose around the products’
surface constantly therefore this will reduce the loss of water
and the products are not deformed. COANDA effect along with
high heat transfer coefficient of the belt make the products
have been frozen quickly and equally.
Steel belt is made by stainless steel therefore the prozen
products are not glutinous, deformed and without marks
on the products’ surface like as using net belt. This will suit
freezing of fillet fish as well as high value products.

surface of products, this effect makes cold blast contacting and

Mesh belt is made by stainless steel , structure of belt is
designed especially with the small net cell. This makes the
surface of net belt even and flat, the products have not got
stuck and clean process of belt is quick. This also easily makes

PANEL The cover of IQF is PU insulated panel with thickness GEAR MOTOR The gear motor with HYPONIC technology has

steel 304 (The inside side of these sheets is stainless steel layer
with thickness 0.5mmm, and outside side of these sheets is
stainless steel layer with thickness 0.7mmm). The floor of IQF

evaporator coil. The joints of floor panel sheets are welded tight-
ly therefore this will restrict water getting in the freezing room.

BELT SUPPORT Belt support and all equipments that contact to
the products inside the freezing room are made by stainless steel.
THE EVAPORATOR COIL The evaporator coil has tube by stainless

steel, fin by aluminium, fin spacing changes from in to out from 12

ENTRANCE END AND EXIT END FRAME The entrance and exit ends
of the belt have curtains to prevent outside humid air getting in inside
of the freezing room causing ice sticking for evaporator coil as well as
prevent cold air inside the freezing room getting out causing loss of
refrigeration power. This curtain is made by silicone to ensure to be
resilient and stable as colded to high minus temperature. This silicone
to 24mm to be convenient to extend the time between 2 times of
defrosting and increase the defrosting time.
AIR DELIVERY SYSTEM The delivery system includes air
supplying boxes and air orienting slits. Distance between two
upper and lower air slits is designed properly to make easily

 PANEL CONTROL
Panel control is operated automatically by PLC. Centrifugal fan
and belt are operated by invertor. Depending on every kind of
products , the freezing time will be different. Operators can adjust
the freezing time on the screen HMI outside the cabinet. At that
time, inverter will adjust frequency of fan motor and belt corre-
sponding the freezing time. This makes freezing time is shorter ,
economizing consumed power.

Panel control is operated simply, just operating on the screen HMI.

Besides, Panel control can connect to SCADA system to observe,
