shrimp and mango ceviche

2. ingredients to make this consisted of fresh whole raw shrimp, limes, salt, black pepper, Chile
manzano and Serrano, cebolla morado (purple onion), cucumber, cilantro, tomatoes, mango. (
sometimes i add pineapple from a can but this is supposed to be unprocessed).

3. it wasn't difficult to create a meal without processed foods, i just need to be more optimistic in
what to make and get more ideas.

4. i definitely enjoyed this meal its a meal me and my family love its a favorite and something we
eat about 3 times a month.

5. This meal is fresh, we throw it in the refrigerator to sit because the colder it is the better it
taste. all the fruits and vegetables and the juices they give out mixed together are already a ton
of flavor but a hint of mango, and the sweetness it releases is the ultimate flavor that hits the
taste buds. processed foods usually are good but don't ever compare to natural flavors that can
never be replaced, true flavors are always chosen over processed ones. The same goes for
processed meals they are no comparison to when a fresh home made meal is about to be
served.
