It is important for teachers to engage and support all learners, because all students have

different learning styles. For example there are visual, auditory, reading and writing, and
kin-esthetic styles. These are all different styles of learning, meaning teachers need to be
flexible and adapting to these students necessity's for them to learn what the teacher is
teaching. Many students are commonly struggling in their class room where much of their
learning is done, being able to help and assist these students is very important. This helps
students from staying confident and believing in themselves and staying motivated to continue
working for their education. This can be challenging because teachers may struggle in helping
the student and the students sometimes are not motivated and not confident or secure in
themselves because they struggle and may think they are not smart, its very common.
