The CleanMove Plus is ideal for processing basic non-cultured food items like
bakery goods or snack foods, as well as fruits and vegetables and canning
lines. The equipment is designed for medium to high pressure washdown (up
to 1,500 psi) with the use of corrosive chemicals for cleaning. It features a
bolted, non-pitted continuous welded, #4 polish stainless steel frame
construction. The design also features food-grade, stainless steel bearing with
polymer housing and epoxy painted (or stainless steel) motors.
The CleanMove Ultra is designed for high caustic and high pressure washdown
processes (up to 1,500 psi), for minimizing bacteria growth. Allowing for CIP
(Clean In Place) and COP (Clean Out of Place) options, this line is designed for
ultra raw meats, poultry and fish as well as dairy products. Ultra features a
polished, sealed tube frame construction with non-pitted welds, and a #4
polish or bead blast finish. It also features stainless steel motors and bearings
along with premium sanitary construction.

Drive Options
The CleanMove Standard conveyor series offers a variety of different drives. Depending on
the sanitation requirements of the conveyor, our standard industrial motors can be
upgraded to washdown duty units.
Direct Drive - Positioned at the discharge on the right or left. Directly mounted to the
conveyor frame. Most economical and sanitary option.
Bottom Mount Drive - Positioned at the discharge on the right or left. Conveyor driven
via chain and sprocket. Perfect for speed options.
Mid-Mount Drive - Positioned at nearly any point along the length of the conveyor.
Allows for idlers on both ends.
standard
Direct Drive Bottom Mount Drive Mid-Mount Drive Page
The standard motors and controllers for the CleanMove Standard should not be exposed to
water or humid conditions. If such conditions exist, please upgrade to the optional
washdown rated motors and controls.
The conveyors can be cleaned via wiping down with water and non-industrial cleaners, as
well as blown off via pressurized air. Do not use water sprays over 100 psi with this unit.

mk North America offers, as a standard, the following motors and gearheads from various world class
suppliers. The chart below shows the suggested CleanMove series in which the motors and gearheads
should be used. It is possible to use items on conveyor series they are not intended for. When using a
non-washdown motor on a Plus or Ultra series conveyor, care needs to be taken to fully protect the
motor from any liquids or chemicals. Customers are welcome to request use of vendor motors not
included in the listed below.
