1. Was there a time in the past that you have doubted your sense of identity because of
others? What was the scenario then? How did it affect you? How did you manage it?
Yes, there were times when I really doubted myself especially in my future because I
was thinking about my family, and I want them all to see that I will be a success someday.
But during the current pandemic, my mental health has not been stable, especially since I
feel that I am pressure in my studies and at our age that we should have already arrived in
life. And lose motivations on things started and wanted. It affects me by doing nothing all
day and at night always thinking about the things that I want to happen in the future that
may not be fulfilled. To manage in this kind of scenario is I will just forget and just let what
is being said to me because I know in myself that no one else can help me but myself.

2. What makes “sense of identity” important for you while finishing your current course?
How do you currently handle doubts and frustrations of your sense of identity?
Understanding one's identity is important not only for one's own social, moral, and
intellectual development, but it also serves as a foundation for examining one's own
choices. Furthermore, maintaining oneself identity is important because it helps to
strengthen one's character. That is, when we know who we are, have self-confidence, and
can identify our own strengths. To deal with or overcome self-doubt and frustration, avoid
making excuses, and be wary of your close circle. Raise your self-awareness, practice
compassion, stop seeking validation, avoid discussing your plans, and believe in your
values.

3. With the readings you have had about the sense of identity, what struck you most and
deemed significant for you? How did it help you to become more aware of who you are?
It is all about knowing your own goals, values, and ideals. irrespective of whether
we are responsive to it or not, everyone contains a sense of self and sense of private
identity. those who can easily describe these aspects of their identity typically have a
reasonably strong sense of who they're. Struggling to own quite some of those
characteristics might point to a less defined sense of self. To become more attentive to this
can be a desire to suit in, acceptance is a strong motivator, if this changeable sense of self
served you well during your teen’s years, this lesson can remain with you well into
adulthood. Furthermore, build a powerful sense of self and make your own choices, your
decisions should primarily benefit your health and well-being.
