5. Give the signal to start., The leader will roll the dice,
look at the number, run to the group and perform the
exercise together as indicated in the fitness board
(leave the dice in the corresponding number on the
board)
6. After performing, the leader will run again to the
fitness board and roll the dice again.
7. Repeat the procedure until the group gets to roll the
exact number to finish the game.
