Competition, Fast-track ways of teaching and favoritism has always been part of every
curriculum nowadays which boils down to the capacity of the teacher, the curriculum overload
and the systematic aspect of the curriculum in terms of grading students. Oftentimes with this
system the one who works hard, financially capable and is born with innate intelligences has
often the advantage on this state due to availability of time, access and most especially focus yet
inclusive learning shouldn’t be that way it should reach students despite the status and diversity
of learning styles. Good news since the current curriculum has already been trying to perform
inclusive despite the diversity faced. Hence the only problem now is the actual and efficient
deliverance of the teachers (proper diagnostic and flexible strategies) and the active participation
of students with the help of the strategic plan of a teacher. One of the hierarchal needs of Maslow
is the need of a person to belong and belongingness lead to motivation that a teacher must
orchestrate, and inclusive education gives that vibe.

In a study conducted by Lizzio, Alf; Wilson, Keithia; Hadaway, Veronica on

“Assessment & Evaluation in Higher Education” on April 2007, the study aimed to identify the
manner in which university students construe "fair treatment" and how justice related processes
are perceived to influence students' psychological identification with their academic department.
In the first study, 342 undergraduate psychology students completed two questionnaires: one
measured various aspects of interpersonal, procedural and outcome fairness in their department,
and the other measured their level of psychological identification with the department. Students
constructed the fairness of their learning environment in terms of two conceptually distinct
justice factors: "respectful partnership" between staff and students reflecting primarily
interpersonal justice considerations; and "systemic fairness" reflecting a concern for accessible
information and effective problem-solving procedures. Hierarchical regression analyses
indicated that although both justice factors significantly influenced students' psychological
identification with their department, interactional justice concerns (i.e., "respectful staff-student
partnership") were most strongly predictive. In the second study (n = 87), students' perceptions
of fairness were found to share substantial variance with their ratings on the good teaching and
clear goals scales of the Course Experience Questionnaire. With this information, I based my
proposal on how Saint Vincent’s College fairness in the learning environment using an inclusive
pedagogy.

These are suggested ways to promote fairness in Saint Vincent’s College fairness in the
learning environment using an inclusive pedagogy.

I know these suggestions are basic ones among the problems we are facing but I think
that if it will be performed systematically and accurately with enough force and passion this will
be a successful deliverance of lessons in an inclusive environment. Nevertheless, fairness makes
the world go round. Being fair is one of the most important ingredients of being a good person;
character wise and brilliant knowledge will bring you satisfaction. It is a key to making the world
a peaceful place. Sharing and taking turns, Playing fair and by the rules, Being honest,
Compromising, Caring and including others, Not blaming others, Admitting when you are
wrong, Making decisions in a fair way, Keeping an open mind about different opinions are the
things to consider before talking about the quantity (grades) students want to flex.

The teachers’ instructions and integrity is the main ingredient in the success of the
students therefore he or she must be trained properly, enhanced, flexible and must be secured
with their rights.
