1. The Provisional Medical Registration Certificate is valid for 12 months only (in Medicine,Surgery,Obstetrics and gynaecology,SPM etc..,)

2 .The Candidate will have to apply for his / her final registration after completing internship in Medicine,Surgery,Obstetrics
and gynaecology,SPM and with the completed Cerificate signed by the Principal / Dean of Medical College concerned.This must
be done within one month after completion of internship. Otherwise, they have to file prescribed affidavit and other procedure.

3. Any change of Address must be informed to the Office of the Registrar.

4. The fee once paid will not be refunded whether the apllication for registration is accepted or not .

5. The application for Final Registration should be accompanied by the original of the MBBS Degree Certificate, Internship Certificate
the Registration Certificate and proof of Date of Birth together with the attested copies of all the four and three passport photos.
Tatkal applications received up to 1.00PM with addl. Fee of Rs. 500/- are considered for issuing Permanent Registration on the
same day.
6.Permanent Medical Registration will not be done unless the candidate physically presents himself / herself.

7.Candidate has to get final registration within one Year from the date of completion of internship condonation of delay beyond one year will
. be entertained on payment of late fee and other prescribed procedure.
