Project Work
1. Identification of Specialization.

 Marketing
2. Selection of project title from your Specialization.
3. Select any one Finance (or) HR
It’s depending upon your desire area.
4. Creation of project title
The title should be consisted into 3 main factors:
I. Problem of the Organization
II. Organization Name
III. Place of the Organization
EXAMPLE:
 FINANCE AREA:
a. A Study on Working Capital Management at
Amar raja Batteries Ltd, Tirupati.
b. A Study on Financial Performance at Lanco
Industries Ltd, Srikalahasthi.
c. A Study on Performance Evaluation of Selected
Mutual Funds at SBI, Tirupati.
 HR:
 a. A Study on Employee Satisfaction at Tirupati
Co-operative Bank , Tirupati.
b. A Study on Training & Development at Lanco
Industries Ltd, Srikalahasthi.
c. A Study on Labour Welfare Facilities at Amar
raja Batteries Ltd, Tirupati.
 MARKETING:
a. A Study on Customer Satisfaction at SBI,
Tirupati.
b. A Study on Dealers Perception on Two dealers
motor cycle at Hero Motor Ltd, Tirupati.
c. A Study on Marketing Strategies for Tourism at
A.P Tourism Ltd, Nellore.
HOW TO DO THE PROJECT?
 Select Location and Company.
 Collection of Industry Profile Documents.
 Collection of Company Profile.
 Collection of Annual reports/ Stock reports in case
of Finance Project.
NOTE: (i) Collection of Annual reports is for
minimum 5 years (or) more.
(2,3,4 years is not valid for Project Work)
(ii) Collection of Product profile in case of
Marketing Project, there you have to prepare the
Questionnaire (open-ended, Closed ended)
 (iii) Collection of Employee Profile in case of
HR Project. Here also we have to prepare the
Questionnaire.
DOCUMENTATION PROCESS:
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION:
 Minimum 5 Text Books have to refer relating to
your project work. There you have to prepare for
subject knowledge.
 Minimum 10 to 15 Journals & Articles have to
refer for preparation of Review of Literature.
 Refer any 3 (or) 4 MBA project reports (previous)
from university (or) other colleges.
 Refer any 2 M-Phill records from university.
 Refer any 2 PhD reports relating to the topic from
any University Model.
 Intract with the experienced faculty resource.
